However, the swear filter also recognize certain word combinations, which have nothing to do with swearing, as swear words. Anyone that has tried to put the word "it" between a word that ended with a "T" and a word that started with a "S", knows this.
Conclution: who do you think is going to suffer the most from this auto-banning swear filter? The person that wants to swear and is aware of the swear filter, or the person that types normally, and finds out that certain word combinations are recognized as swear words? -

Even if they got it to work 99% accurately, that would still mean that that remaining 1% that is innocent is going to suffer from it. And 1% of 400.000 players is still 4.000 players that are going to end up being banned for doing nothing wrong. -

There is a guaranty that this system will work.
If the filter only filters listed words then there is no way that people that don't do anything wrong get banned.
Even if the system is not perfect, those 4000 players have to do the same mistake 10 times to get banned, and that's quiet a lot. You might do the mistake once or twice, but not 10 times. -

Yet half of the normal sentences you write have ??? somewhere in them.
The current system DOES filter only the listed words. It's just that half the words in there are pointless. -

This is like the worst thread I have ever seen on here it is that fail, no thought has gone into this thread at all.
Do you know when you say "afk" and "but its" etc that is filtered? The filter doesn't even function correctly never mind integrating it into bans.
And have you ever thought that someone as super sensitive as you - just maybe shouldn't be killing people in a violent game? -

Maybe if you had the option to not view filtered words that you could select in your settings....it would make the chat kid friendly...:)
you could select view chat filtered or unfiltered ...somehow have it set that the game is set to filter chat by default and you could deselect it if you wanted to see the chat
I don't think a ban is the answer here as it is unintentional most times people can't even type in

You are the one that fails here, because you didn't even read the thread. I said many times that z8games should fix the filter. I also said that I know that legit words are filtered too. Again, how many times does the filter gets you in a day? 2? 4 times? Even if it get's you 6 times a day, it is not enough to ban you. And the ban only lasts for 30 minutes, so it's not that bad at all.And have you ever thought that someone as super sensitive as you - just maybe shouldn't be killing people in a violent game?
I don't want because I am sensitive, why else would I go to 4chan then? I want it because I hate it when little kids that total s*ck call me a noob. -

The filter catches me out quite a lot actually.

Would you prefer children to say it out loud in front of parents? Or parents in front of children. Because, let's face it, we swear.
Side Note: I am one of those people that get only about 1-2 hours of gaming because of school/work/Uni etc. and 30 mins is relatively large amount of my time. -

No system is 100% accurate? Do you heard about Bad Company 2? That game is still not cracked, even after years it has been released. As I said, the z8games team should overwork the filtering system until it is good enough, then the normal players wouldn't get banned. You all just act like it is a damn hard thing to make a working list. The word filtering system in Modern Warfare 3 works pretty good for example. Also some other online games have those filters and they work good too.

Do you really think they are capable of that? First off they can't really do much of anything correctly. They have not even added simple HTML to the website to add new guns.

Like 8 per day and sometimes when I try to say something it is blocked multiple times, sometimes 4-5 times in a row even when trying to evade the filter by adding dots in the end I just say "oh f** it" and it's not filtered:D

There is no need to be scared and offended by swear words either.
