Why rto? What has he done?
MrShad has been around longer, really good with photoshop. Seen some of his work. Simrock has that cool youtube channel pretty much all about CF.
My support goes to Denxi, amazing guy, knows alot about the game, made some really good guides.
Also very observant in game. -
Because RTO is a really get along guy as far as I've seen. And he hasn't been on the forums so long but he's funny, and helpful, and gets along well with the others.

I know i'm not part of this community, but for what i've seen in many posts, RTOman would be a great moderator.
Frecklez, misswolf and Kingouma seem pretty mature and helpful too. ^^

Hi: Made some youtube videos, has some guides up that are pretty useful.
Rory:Makes awsome UI mods and killmarks, great at photoshop and all those kind of things. Takes time in his work.
Natt: Active in community, casted for z8 before.
Iceman: Usually around the competitive section, but not very active. Was an admin for ESL.
Talon: Hosting a gm tourny atm you should know.
And the list goes on.
