Current draft staffs care too much about the numbers. They rather have more people play on the draft than have better attitude come. I believe quality>quantity but this is not the case with EG. -

I think they are pretty accurate. Tayeon's immaturity and lack of knowledge, your severly laughable financial skills and Suko's meager intellectuality will result in a pretty sub-par draft. Sorry for being so blunt. It's how I am. -

I admit I am immature most of the times, in fact I am the most obnoxious person ever when I don't care about what I am doing. My knowledge is low, I know that I probably don't know 2% of everything there is to know in our galaxy. Even with me being absolutely immature and having a low knowledge, I am still far more superior than most people in this game. I didn't like it then, I got banned for yelling "STUPID CH1NKS" when Kaz had to TV me for the 3rd game in a row lmao.
You were directing that to an admin, think it through your thick skull then tell me whether or not if you deserved to be banned. Also it was not my opinion, it was a general opinion. -

Negative. I see people go "EG was best in it's early days" Early days were a long time ago, way before you took part in helping, which was recent.

Early EG was when 12 year olds were running in. -
I recall only attending ONE EG Draft and never went back due to the immaturity the community contains, and probably still does from what I have heard. Topic is pretty much spot on, nothing incorrect about it.
I would suggest to possible choose staff (admins, moderators and so on) onto traits, not because they are 'your' friend, or another staffs 'friend'.
My experience when I went to their draft for the first time, was everyone in the same channel with management (who attended) screaming at each other, racist direction and pretty much being stupid which made myself, and the other four people who were with me never go back. -
You should just ban them anyways, if all else fails you can just slander the draft and talk Tae into starting one.I wish I can ban all immature kids from EG draft. I'm pretty sure I can name at least 10 kids that make trouble in EG draft, but nooooo i can't because other directors told me not to
