missing horner ribbon (never cheat)or attend to cheat..

i am missing my hornarable ribbon, due to the temporarily 2 days block for investgation , but it's was never banned.
n it didn't tell me what reason it's was block for 2 days aswell..
now i am asking GM's to give my ribbon.. i just can't face my thousand of dollars spent on an account that my clan mates thought i hacked b4..

it's a glory to myself, n my clans that i am legit.. so i need it back.

i had sent in 1 support ticket, but it's closed with a reply said: it was temporarily banned. .

They said that you lose your ribbon only by getting your account under investigation.

It takes 24 hours (I think) AFTER YOU CHECKED your profile before you are set up to date on your ribbons.

Unfortunately your account has been closed in the past due to a Z8Games Staff/GM/MOD impersonation investigation. We are happy to see that you haven't been banned since, however we cannot award this ribbon in this case.

The Honorable Soldier ribbon is given to players for having accounts that have never been banned for any reason.

The account itself is responsible for actions taken on that account. Whether you were on the account or not.

i know it's just a ribbon, i don care what other ribbons , but this..
lots it's an honor , means for legit ..
