lf eu clan

Looking for an eu clan, not too large, preferably not more than 15 members.
I speak english, french and german fluently and can translate if necessary.
I'm not banned in either WOGL nor ESL and have played in both.
I'm a hybrid, i can snipe and rifle, whatever is needed.
I've got vent/ts3.
I'm 18, relatively mature, usually polite and I think my voice is not too annoying.
I can call, hold my spots and follow strats obediently.
I am not looking for a clan where people cry, there is a lack of communication, between members and leader or member to member, or any kind of immature "drama" going on.
If you cry, whinge and whine, pls do not bother, I am looking for a mature clan, that can take a loss, learn, practice and improve from it.
