Ruger MINI-14
I would like to get the competitive communities opinion on this gun before I buy it. I've used it in the shooting range and so far I can tell the first couple shots are accurate but after that the recoil takes it. I've yet to use it in an in game situation. If you have, care to share your thoughts on it?

Awesome. Care to tell me a little more about the gun, though?
Although it has medium recoil, it's almost attracted to head. lol. like 2 shot kill in the chest... 3 in arm/leg
1 shot in head (of course)
30/90 ammo
Nice weight
Accuracy is really nice..

it does about the same damage as an m4a1, which clearly does not kill in 2 shots to the chest, nor 3 to the arm/leg. you're a moron........... the only way it sucks, is probably cause YOU'RE using it.. O.O
the recoil is really bad, I'm pretty sure it's worse than an M4A1 but I havn't compared them with video or anything. -

1st.... I'm not a moron, it's a really good gun..
2nd... It's about the same as M4A1 but I'd say a tad bit better...

1st: yes you are for saying it kills in 2 shots to the chest when you had nothing to base that on.
2nd: i havn't formally tested it yet so i can't compare it and say if it's better or not, however I do know the general damage it does.
3rd: that's based completely on opinion. -

The gun is basically a buffed ak47, slightly higher power, about the same recoil/accuracy, faster reload.
Anybody that's good at this game unlike the person in my quote, knows it's a deadly weapon unless you're god awful.
My only suggestion is to not spray as much as a reg. ak47. 1-3 shot bursts are super effective with this weapon.
And PLEASE don't listen to GodsGunman, he's as dumb and horrible as PimpDemNikes. -
After using it for a while this morning I think it may just become the gun I use for a while. The people who are saying it sucks are probably trying to run around and spray with it. If you're used to bursting or one-tapping with the AK you'll take a liking to this gun. It's meant for people who know how to play crossfire & control their weapon effectively which is why 90% of the community won't like it.

Don't listen to him, the only way ^ can even get a kill is if he uses M12s
The gun is basically a buffed ak47, slightly higher power, about the same recoil/accuracy, faster reload.

I would much rather use semi auto an an m4a1 or an ak 47 than the ruger, from what I've seen so far you can shoot faster without losing accuracy due to recoil with the ak47 and m4a1. The ruger fails in so many ways and i don't know why everyone defends it.

becouse the only good competitive guns will always be m4, ak , AWM , andscoped rifles

you are saying it has a slightly higher power than an ak-47.
an ak-47 does about 40 damage to the chest
the ruger does about 30 damage to the chest
i've tried it in-game.
