did you not read? the ip restriction is server based, it did say you might be able to create account but not play. -
So let me get this straight... If i allready have an Accound created, i am not IP restricted? I mean.. i am from romania (its far away) and spend ZP. So.... who allready have an account created dont get ip restricted....

IP changers that actually work well that you could use in a game costs money.
You cant just use something like hidemyass.com

They're doing this because this and always has been a North American/United Kingdom-licensed game.
No, a bypass won't be that easy. Proxies and certain networks (TOR), evade HTTP traffic. The game itself doesn't use the same protocol.
As the post says, it will prevent users from connecting to the game servers. Registrations will still be open.

So ? Because the UK is far ? Okay, okay... The z8 could do a server only to South America, because it happens much difference in ping... EU and U.S. in internet you have 20, 40, 80mb... In Brazil we have up to 100mb but it costs the eye of man... I think this is an advantage for you..
