Well, it happens sometimes :


It wasn't a solid 257 ping, just spikes (thank god it was a 1v1 on a small map, otherwise my fps would have dropped as well).

The Anaconda isn't too bad. It's kinda hard at first to use but its not bad.

Ping depends on your internet connection from your computer to the server.

Tell me this isn't serious. There are people with 1 ping. If u don't know how ping and stuff works, don't say anything. It is NOT possible to get ur ping to 1 if u live thousands of kilometers away from the server itself. I have 42 ping, because I don't live too far away from the server, while others like the ppl from the us have a constant 300 ping. So even if there is such a programm, it won't change anything at all since the user still lives too far away from the server and it's impossible for him to get a low ping. The guy on that picture was just a br who lives near the place where the server is, that's about it. And don't believe stuff that u can download after surveys, it's all crap and just gets u a virus on ur pc. did u even try it, or u just believe everything on the inet?
