bunny hop
i dont think its fair more and more people bunny hop in s&d and other modes and i dont think its fair because you cant hear them in the water cant hear the foot steps and some people can do it so fast that they go faster then they would run and you can use it as a fall down protect thing as you bunny hop and do it right you dont lose hp so i geuss it should be better they take out the bunny hop or just do it for gm

well yeah but in S&D isn't that fair because they move arond the map and you cant hear them coming but they hear you coming but in gm it kinda hard to beat it as the ghost use a axe,katana,shovel,.... and the noice down stuff and they bunny hop then as they dont fail at it as they really good at it they are really fast and you dont hear the steps or breath because they got the noice down things but yeah im not a gm pro soIt is apparently a bug but i have no idea because i wasn;t around the time it was officially presented into GM :P

If they thought of it begin an advantage, it would of had been removed already. They can do it now, but it's something the game itself has acquired. So no, bhop is not going anywhere. -

well as everone would be b-hopping in S&D then you wouldn't hear anything besides the shots or nades but it kinda take away the fun like on eagle eyes at A site and then 3sec later they are at long A and you cant hear the foot steps as he would be walking it would take some time but with the b-hop your everwhere in no time and you cant hear them it dont matter on water or not

I don't think you can exactly control your recoil very well in mid hop compared to someone shift or crouch walking.

i didn't say they should remove it in gm i said that in one of my posts in gm its fine it helps people to play good with a knife but i mean it for S&D,EM,.... because when its a open place they can b-hop of the one side to the other side of the map and no one would hear them and they can do it in a few secI think it's fair! Knifes + bhop vs guns.... -

It actually is also to shoot. You know when someone HSes you while jumping through the air and you probably scream "HACKER!!!" at him???
That guy was just crouching in the air. You can shoot accurately while in the air if you're crouched.
Before you make a thread asking to make the game easier, maybe read a guide or two and try to get better at the game. Instead of asking the devs to pu55ify the game for you. -

Bunny hopping is a glitch in how the games engine works.
To fix it would require remaking the engine. Remaking the engine might as well be making a new game from scratch.
It is allowed because it adds a few new elements to strategy with out breaking the game and it also helps balance ghost mode.
If they remove B hopping then the Ghost in GM stand no chance against a good team of GR players that work together, even if they remove breath as well. All Gr would have to do is camp the entrances to the sites and shoot the ghost that appear. -

It was unintentional, but many competitive games out there have unintentional glitches that become mainstream for tournament players. Bugs in how the games engine are very hard to remove or fix with out breaking the game or making new glitches appear. Plus it is very time consuming to do.
At the risk of breaking the game or adding even new glitches that might be even worse, most game makers leave the glitches in if they aren't that big a of a issue. -

It's usually crossfire lag that makes you believe they shot you in mid air when we really, on their screen, they're on the ground and on your screen it appears they're still in the air.

so its server lag like most of the time when i shoot someone in midd air they dont die even when i see blood but like you said they show up like they are in midd air but on the ground and you can do it shoot hs in midd air but you got to learn it and i dont really try to learn to be pro and shoot people in midd air its just a game so i dont take it to seriousIf you can accurately shoot someone in mid air crouching then teach me.

The mods here don't speak with the devs, they were just asked by Z8 to keep the forums under control. Very unlikely they know anything about the development of the game. The GM's might know tho, but getting them to reveal anything more then "we'll look into it" is like trying to get water from a rock. -

Dev is short for developers.
The people that make the game.

That has nothing to do with the OPness of Bhopping, but moreso the lack of teamwork in pubs. If Bhopping was removed, the balance between the two teams would be completely thrown out the window. Camp at spots where you see them but they can't touch you = Win. Every single round GR would win, and then you'd QQing about them removing bhop.

Bhopping in other modes is rarely seen and doesn't really give an unfair advantage to anyone seeing as half of your shots don't go where you want them to when you're shooting mid-Bhop.
OT:I'm not talking about your spelling and such, but your punctuation. It's an eyesore to read.
