  • You can hear the foot steps if they didn't master it well

Bhopping in other modes is rarely seen and doesn't really give an unfair advantage to anyone seeing as half of your shots don't go where you want them to when you're shooting mid-Bhop.

OT:I'm not talking about your spelling and such, but your punctuation. It's an eyesore to read.
I dont care as they shoot in midd air and when do you play? Im kinda alot online now and i see it more and more in S&D. And i dont really know what you mean.
You mean the way i post it? Like just one big part.
  • I actually don't see it often either.

I play CF too much to be proud of. I play in all servers but mostly in Alpha.

And not being able to hear feet is not a legitimate excuse to get rid of it. You can already do that with the "shift' button.
  • We can also super jump, so they should ban it too?

Well only glitchs that should be banned.
But a glitch like b-hop in gm made it that people play it abit more.

Yeah but you dont gonna move that fast though.
Like as they could do the b-hop only for gm they would but like someone said befor on this thread that they cant ban glitchs like that.
Because he said they would need to start all over again. And everone know they dont gonna do that.
  • Who even came up with it "Bunny Hop" i wanna know who started it.....

I dont think just one person started it. It might be with a few that they found out about that. But i dont know who found out or when they did.

    It's a chinese
So a chinese player found out about the b-hop or what are you saying?
  • Bunny hop doesn't give much of a speed boost against regular movement, actually it gives slim to none.

You can not change direction of the bunny hop and therefore hitting a obstacle slowing you down. It is not easy mastering a skill even if it is something simple like running.

Running doesn't take much knowledge to perform besides logic and the basic. Of course though, no human can easily just run a marathon who usually sits down eating chips watching television.

Give me better reasons why they should get rid of a style that doesn't get complaints everyday like the subject hackers.

Have you even heard of Counter-Strike Source or CSS?

I believe they figured bunny hopping from Counter Strike since it was most famous there. Counter Strike was made long ago (1990 or even further) and the Chinese have created that game. (if I recall correctly)

Since Chinese are playing on NACF then wouldn't they use some tricks they learned from their games here?

Yes I know bunny hopping in both games are much different. (CSS is mostly used for extreme speed)

Well then i dont understand it why i played ghost and i was at the open place at the gr base in lab. And i was running to the base from b and he just passed me like it was noting so you do go faster............
So you can tell me how he b-hop to the base while i was running to it and he was there first well ofcoure as they do it right.

Exactly what I was going to say but was too lazy to. You can't change your direction unless you absolutely know what you're doing and are bhopping backwards. While shiftwalking is slow unlike the bhop, you can immediately move out of shiftwalking right after you end it. However, with the bhop you must wait to land the ground and then move, meaning it's only useful for fast maneuvering to the bomb.

He's holding a melee, your holding a gun.

    Don't forget lag.

I was ghost so i cant have a gun........ :o
    So i had melee to.

I believe that landing gives you a slight delay, meaning that if you bhop, since you never touch the ground, you move faster.
  • First of all, when you bunny hop while facing the front, it is much harder then when you are facing backwards.

So when you complain about you not being able to hear them, they can't see you or move directions unless they are a skilled bunny hopper though I doubt they can escape a decent shooter.

Don't forget bunny hopping while holding your knife makes it a complete easy kill. And if you are holding a gun you will not go much faster at all, will you.

Since you are a higher rank then most people, I believe you would know all of this by complete logic and playing long unless you bought that account.

But they dont do it with a knife in s&d they do it with a gun and they are still faster the you would run because you dont hold a knife in s&d will you?
Btw is it better now to read it?
and i saw some people do it to escape a shooter. But most people dont do it backwards.
They are faced the way they b-hop. But they use it for the speed they get.
You dont really hear them well maybe when your alone and your not shooting then you might hear them. But isn't like they dont shoot anywhere on the map right. When you wanna try to hear them.
  • It's logic, do they just stop and bunny hop away from the shooter that is 2 feet away from him? No, that was a rhetorical question. Out of instinct they will shoot the opposing soldier.

Making up stuff can't get you too far, try to show us one of these situations which I doubt ever happened.

I am not being apathetic about how you feel but you give no evidence on any of your statements.

Did you even try to bunny hop forward? It starts off slow then increases to a steady amount which is slim to none more then running. Backward bunny hop has a slight delay in speed but then races forward to a slim to none faster rate then regular running, but bunny hoping backwards has less of a delay time.

The delay time in bunny hoping forward is 1-infinite due to that it varies between players but an average person who can bunny hop forward with skill should only take about a second - three with delay time. Add that time to the bunny hop and it is pretty much the same varying between distances.

Bunny hopping with a gun ruin the whole point of the speed and gives even less speed.
  • Then i dont understand it how they pass me with a gun. And how would i even be able to show that? Its not like i can post a replay on here and for some reason i use to have problems with the saving of replays. So i dont try it anymore to save any.
But about the b-hop for escape from another.
I just saw it a few times but i think that was a pretty skilled b-hopper but he was allmost dead and he had a few other people left on hes team and.
He was pretty far away when he started with the b-hop.
  • Facts about BunnyHopping:

    1. You will NOT move FASTER than someone else running with the same weapon.

    2. You will NOT accelerate if you are going forwards. The only way to accelerate is to go backwards or to use the A/D switch method.
  • No one has evidence to prove any of this but with logic you can tell some accurate things.

And sorry for the double post, this iPad is acting funny, hope a MOD can delete the first one.

You might have not payed close attention, you might have carried a heavier weapon then him, don't believe everything you see.

I feel like I'm talking to a broken record, he says the same thing over and over again without proof.

If you have a problem with the replay button then send a detailed support ticket.

I know but it would keep going back into my history so when I thought I was editing it, I was really making a clone.

EDIT* Sorry read wrong. It is late in then night. I should sleep.

That's highly unlikely. Bhopping gives you no accuracy whatsoever and just strafing and shooting would've been more effective. Anyone with common sense would know that, so your above scenario is unlikely.

There is no reasoning with a unreasonable person a wise man once said.

I've ran speed tests with friends in Crossroads*. Both running forwards and backwards are the same speed as both bunnyhopping forwards and backwards.

Not sure how you could do it perfectly since people bunny hop better then others.
There are also more then one way to bunny hop.

Don't forget the delay times on starting the forward bunny hop and the delay time when you fail it and must redo it quick.

The times varies and is not perfect so no one has a 100% accurate rate.
