you were wrong herenope it's not you're not even english how would you know, murder in the legal terms is a human killing a human, which is known as homicide, murder however just in general is the taking of a life.ok ill admit you won that point, still, if abortion is murder in general and not in legal terms then it cant be legally punished
and you even admitted taking a life is morally wrong but not legally, so that makes abortion legal but morally wrong and you admitted to that yourself, it seems that you have been wrong this whole time, abortion is just the taking of a human life, it is a life and it's the life of a human, therefore it's a human life, it comes down to word play which is pretty sad. -

We still come down to the differenciation between, is an impregnated seed actually a Human or when does an embryo become a Human. To my mind you cannot put this down in percentages. You cannot say that the cells have only divided 5 times and are still not "Human" yet, so it is all clear to extinguish this fail. In my mind, as I have already stated, the "Spark" that initiated the "Life" is the human created, I know that the arguement is that this beginning is not a person, but for crying out loud! it is if you allow it to grow. It is not a being that may become a firefly or a moth, though that is still a "Life". The thought that we can hide our guilt by using this arguement about a being created, and measuring the lenghth between "Life" and the embryonic state is, in my eyes, a fail in its self. -
I'm very conservative in pretty much everything except the "all life is sacred" slogan.I can tell Dot is very liberal and is a horrible human being.
I believe in choice. I'm sorry if that offends you to such a degree that you conclude that I'm a horrible human being. -

When is an embryo a human?
I can sympathize with the argument of a abused girl who sees here child as a horrible memory. and i can only imagine the loathing. But if the baby has been allowed to develop to the part where any abortion would be considered late term, then i think that the abortion is wrong. That is killing a human. Because the baby is fully aware that it is alive.
I still believe that embryos are just more than dividing cells. But such an argument will still not convince people like dot and em0tion. They believe with the same ferocity that i do. And unless something life-changing enters their lives to convince them otherwise, there is nothing any person can say short of a scientific breakthrough will convince them. -

not even humans are one being, we are a mass of cells grouped toghether to survive as a colony, pretty much like a hyper sea sponge.
but, about abortion, i just think it's wrong when you made something, like, you did it without the correct measures to prevent the pregnancy, but when the girl was forced to become pregnant, then i think about it as a viable option, so we can save the girl without making a broken mind person take care of a child that she hates... -

what are humans made out of genius? cells. what difference does it make? just because it's on the first stage of a human developing into a full grown human. your logic says it's okay to kill something just because it's not fully developed and doesn't have the title of a fully developed creature.

I don't see why your all arguing whether it's murder or not, abortion is required in certain situations such as females being rap.ed at young ages, or at tough times where they can not sustain income/food for the baby. I WOULD say it's better not to live at all if your life will be terrible, but then I would be going against my own belief of it is better to ____ and lost then to never have ____ at all (Tennyson).
Bottom line is, keep it around for when it is truly necessary, do not abandon studies. -

Am white.. Live in EstoniaAdoption fails, a big number of kids that are for adoption never get a new home, and alot of the ones that get, keep changing family's mostly because the parents decide they dont wanted them anymore...
only a small percentage of kids for adoption get a decent and stable family

And incase when the baby comes by an 'accident', when parents are like ' oops... we didn't know and we forgot to protect ourselves. Cuz we babys come by so called 'accident', they aren't usualy been loved by parents and it's likely that they end up for the adoption

I'm Caucasian, Liberal (Democrat), and live in New Jersey, primarily a Liberal state. Personally, I'm neither pro-choice nor pro-life. I feel that abortion's only right in certain circumstances, those being: if the woman impregnated was raped, if the woman impregnated is very young, if the woman impregnated may die or have serious health complications if she gives birth, or if the baby isn't likely to live. I'm not sure if there's a label for people like be; mid-choice maybe? Anyway, those are just my thoughts. I'm only 16 too so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I personally cannot justify taking any life, human or not. However, I also believe this subject far surpasses and moral "black or white" views. Recently, a 5 yo gave birth after being abused; most of these early births result in the deaths of the parent. While I would never suggest or support the killing of that unborn child, who am I to say the letting the mother die is acceptable? How can I, a simple human, dictate which of the two lives is more important? No matter what happens in that situation, I cannot condone the choice taken... for either leaves a bitter taste behind.
I would say it is permissible on circumstance... perhaps with medical guidance. -

I am by killing a lifeform, saving another life/ saving the baby from living a horrible life/ saving the baby from genetic problems or stoping the mom from ruining her life, that sounds fare to me, "killing" a lifeform that is not developed enough to know/feel/sence/smell/hear anything and that doesnt even realise it exists -

What gives anyone the right to claim superiority? Because an animal cannot do math, or study linguistics, is it inferior? Or will you claim they have no soul?
In terms of biblical analysis, God placed every animal under our care. Taking the life of anything we are supposed to protect should be an abhorrent crime against our duties, but exceptions are always made... -
