You say I'm wrong, but it's widely known that the Bible has contradictory views on the consumption of red meats and the sacrificing of animals.

this is talking about God does not get anything out of animal sacrifice which is true, this is why Christians do not practice it today, he does not delight from it -

The Bible was written over a period of about 2 thousand years, and it is natural that the views of people would change during that time. At one point it was acceptable, but later on it was condoned. The Bible is a beautiful book for that simple reason: it was adapted over time to remain relevant and continue to serve as a guide for people during our early days of evolution. -

being correct is a matter of opinion there are many loop holes in science but it still comes out as fact. for what reason i don't know mostly because the majority of people's opinion say it's true -
