Account disappeared!

Hei people!

I have a big problem in hands, my Crossfire main account disappeared.

I stopped playing Crossfire during the summer and now i tried to access my account to play again and says that the login info is wrong. The strange thing is that I tried to seach by my nickname in Search Player and was not found. My nickname was [R]izzZ*.

I tried to recover the password by email but it gives an error indicating that the email you enter is not registered. Please do something, I spent a lot of money in the account and i do not want to lose the account.
