wait what does having vent have anything to do with picking up players from the forums or is that not what you meant by "clan systems" -

So, why is it bad to use the clan system again? Or is it just for more "professionalism"
It's ridiculous. The moment you apply the clan system, it implies non-existent "expectations." Said expectations, because of the immaturity of the majority of the players in CF, take away the fact that you're playing this game for fun. You have pressure put on you to do well, and it distracts from the actual purpose of creating a competitive team; to play together, and enjoy playing together, as well as playing with/appreciating other skilled players. -

communication shouldn't be a problem if you're on a team, the last actual team i was in (momentum) we all had each others phone numbers to contact each other and if we needed someone to scrim a. they either get on vent b. we text them. and during game of course we used ventrilo
