Of course he knew what he was asking for. I don't care if it's a competitive community or not. There is an acceptable standard that says everyone should have a common grounds on respect. Sportsmanship, respect, whatever you want to call it. There should be some of that present in every game, competitive or not.
You can not blame just the competitive community. That is an ignorant statement and also is using them as a scape goat. There are many more people in the public community over the competitive community and people outside of it act just as bad. We are all at fault and we are ALL accountable for our actions. -

Is this what it has come down to? Arguing amongst each other in public games over who's bad? Over who's better? Over who's smarter? Over who's team can beat another team? Over who can insult someone better than the other person? What happened to common courtesy? Common respect amongst fellow players? Public games used to be about fun and enjoying yourself. Don't get on to me about a race ruining public games. It's not about that.
The forums are just as disrespectful or worse than in-game. Some people just simply have a blatant disrespect for the rules. Don't cite excuses that the Moderators don't enforce the rules. A community should be able to use common sense to know what is right and what is obviously wrong. Moderators shouldn't have to be closing/deleting threads 5,6,7,8 times a day. That's our fault. Even some of you who aren't 12 years old go around spouting off who's bad and who's an idiot and who's this and who's that, causing flame wars and unhealthy arguments.
This community should be about positive growth. Positive doesn't mean insulting someone for suggesting an idea, no matter how good or bad the idea. Encourage them to try again. Positive doesn't mean arguing over POINTLESS debates that do nothing to help this community. Try starting a discussion thread that will lead to healthy discussion about improving this community or ideas that are realistic. Positive doesn't mean starting 100 threads about the problems with this game. Believe me, the management is well aware of the problems without 100 threads to tell them. I'm sure they got it the first time.
Sure, you may say I expect too much of this community. That I give the potential of this community too much credit. Fine. Flame me. Insult me. Call my thread pointless. You will simply prove my points here today. This community won't grow without our help. The GM's and Moderators can't do it by themselves. Sure they can do a big part through enforcement, interaction, etc. but they can't do it alone. Try looking at your own actions on a day-to-day basis. Some of you simply don't care and I suppose this won't apply to you then. All I'm asking is to take a step back and realize that this game is not all about who can't play well or who can. Sure, there is a competitive side of the game and competition is always healthy. But, there should be a certain amount of respect given to each other that will promote growth and take steps forward not backward.
Your sarcastic comments and negativity, if any, will have no effect on me. So feel free to have at it. Like I said before, you will only prove my points here today about the lack of common respect between users in this community.

There is only a FEW PPL Who heeds to your advice, there's a HUGE differences between A GROWN Adult RANTING on a teen - young adult/immature Grown Up GEEKS forum, so yea rant as much as you want chances of this INFLUENCING the Community is less than 1%, I recommend you go rant in ANOTHER Forum on ANOTHER GAME Because this forum is filled with at least 60% foreigners who doesn't SPEAK ENGLISH or Knows GOOD ENGLISH, Not GOOD you need FULL Cooperation From the Community, Not tryna say your Rant is Obsolete...Well It Kinda is But It'll be better if you rant this on some real NA games u know?
I've Also Noticed the good GM/SnD NA Players from CF Left the Game/Community Cuz If Z8Games Stalemate In The Past. Will There Be Any Differences In the Future? If Not THen the Rant IS COMPLETELY OBSOLETE -

Laggers annoy me. Especially when they don't speak english. I think they shouldn't belong in the game. Also sometimes you can't respect them. Just yesterday i clutched 1v6 in a pub. Had the bomb planted with the last person on the other team alive. Just because i didn't peek i got kicked the next round. Guess who was on my team.
Echo 8 is a little different. Generally i would accept other people being better then me there. Only exception is if they lag but w/e. -

You can respect ANYONE you want to, regardless of their actions towards you. It's better to simply let it go. They can't fix their problem of lagging, it's not their fault. Does it get annoying sometimes? Sure. But that's out of our hands. Let's make the best of it.

Let me rephrase that.
Just because someone wanted to make a community competitive doesn't mean people can lack Respect and good Sportsmanship. Yeah in some eyes, Gaming is a sport, and not just my eyes. Still again it comes back down to the communities fault, Not Saidins, Not the mods, and Definitely not mine
I don't care how people act at home, but when they bring the negative activity to the game and myself, Its putting a lack of respect on the People running the community and me.
Yea I have been infracted for doing stupid stuff, but I have switched my path around and did a Barrel roll. As of myself, Im trying to regain that one respect I have lossed. -

Sure you can respect anybody but they can also stop playing this game. IP checks should be made. If they REALLY wanted to play this game then they can hotspotshield it but if they're out to ruin the game for us, i doubt they would go through that much trouble. -

Who knows. Just because you guys said it's not going to happen doesn't mean you won't change your minds. Just like you won't give up on changing the community, we won't give up on getting rid of people playing outside of the game's designated area. -

Only because the servers are located in Canada,U.S, and U.K doesn't mean that people from other regions are restricted to play it. CF only has the license to place servers in those 3 regions, and that's it.
