As stated in my post linked, the lack of people to enforce these rules is not OUR fault, but the companies. Its their responsibility to maintain their property and consumers after all. I did not say 'all' of it was ignored, just a good bundle I find should be looked into a bit more.
On another note, how many of the foreigners read an English ToS? As far as I know, the website stays that way for its content, I could be wrong. If it doesn't have it in multiple languages, that is yet another flop the company has done. As said, this isn't just about hacks or game bugs, those are a different category period than what I'm mainly driving at. The game has a word filter, but only for mainly English words. See a problem? A foreigner doesn't have a problem there. Thats just an example. I don't need to be butthurt in order to fully realize an issue, exposed to it enough, even if one isn't the direct result of such, will realize a problem, or should have.
Personally I thank you for your time expressing your opinions, and in some cases facts. But it has to start somewhere eh? All I'm asking for is clarity and equality right?

However, while i'm dreaming, I would also like a stronger anti-hack, code corrections and better servers.
Anyways, good luck on this... perhaps you may start something along a little bit and actually help create a more enjoyable experience. I will remain doubtful, but won't step in your way. -

A better code would be nice though. (In-Game Code. I.E. Compatible and strong terminations, etc.) -

Heh 'donations' is a bit of the wrong word here, as they are still selling goods, regardless if they be tangible or not. I have not heard anyone buying zp just to give generously, its for a service, to make their gaming experience better usually.
But yes, I do agree with you there on many points. It was definatley something to think on. However as far as anti-hack goes, there's no fool-proof and xtrap is one of the best i've seen for this type of game. Servers will improve over time, maybe match China's at some point. One can only hope. -
Mainly the fact they are accepting money from my country, they have licenses inside this country and the fact that one of their properties are located within the country makes them part of our laws as well I believe. Which I think is half the reason they are unable to go into many other countries or places. Due to legalities of many forms.
If it were a company solely based in one area and not intended for others, then perhaps it'd be a different story.

Z8 is based on the U.S. and any other countries that accept their payment, if I'm correct or have just heard correctly. I read the whole thing and it's practically bullet-proof, small chances for defense actually.

6.0 = I lol'd. Have you ever seen the threads that some people make? People will try to scam and continue to do so over and over again.
4.0 = Happens all the time, You see the wannabes acting as MODs and trying to hackusate other players. They are somewhat useful and destructive at the same time. Not that enforced, they tend to say, "I'm with Z8." And for people who got their accounts hacked and has payed a load of money to Z8, should that not be investigated?
They don't give refunds in a 15 day period, do they?

Why care about money, basically because money is what this game is about. You talk like you think we are fools or were born yesterday. Z8Games makes money off this game. If they didn't, it would not be here.
It is not hard to understand why you think the way you do. If a lawsuit were successful, you can bet that the GM would be out on their collective butts in a heart beat for not doing their jobs. Mods like you would no longer have GM backing you up. In fact you would probably be gone too. Not that you are paid staff, but you act like you think you are.
You are a Mod you are also a player, if you can not see that that this game is going to hell and Z8 is not only letting it, but encouraging it, you are playing in another universe.
I have never played on the Asian versions, but I doubt that they let this kind of garbage go on. -

I'm merely telling them what will go down, I can 'threaten' (although its more like a forceful asking than trying to hold a knife to them) all I like, its up to them to listen and do somethign aobut it, lack of action however only makes them look worse. -

You're blaming a whole god damn country for hacking, when no country here is free of charge. They're human beings like us god damnit, and they deserve to be treated as one, We DO IP ban, and we do take things further.
Unless I am mistaken and i do not believe I am, IP banning is not done because in this day of routers and IP masking, it is ineffective, Beyond IP banning, you would have to do domain banning and you are not about to decrease the potential cash sources for Z8games by restricting entire segments of the net, Above that you could try banning by world Wide identifier, the unique identifier of the nic in a computer, but you don't do that either.
So explain to this humble Systems Engineer exactly how you are going above name banning.. -
I'm not suing anyone.Last but not least, the final thing, if you refuse to allow me to interpret the ToS as i wish due to vague wording and improper structure you will also be violating my right as a consumer. When you should have simply made it more clear.

But heh, I can't take anyone to court currently, its not at that point yet. Only if the company turns aggressive will such even be possible. -
