If it hasn't been taken down by now, it must have some truth to the matter wouldn't it seem? Saidin himself has even referenced that particular thread. Also, I still believe there is some misunderstanding in who Z8Games is. I would like to hear it from Saidin himself.

If they were indeed the same company, then that thread would have been addressed as having incorrect information by now. That thread refers to Z8Games and G4Box as separate entities. -

Kelathe, if you do not care about the game, or the internet, then why are you
even on Z8Games? Like I've said before, it's a game for crying out loud. Taking
it as seriously as you are currently just ruins it.

Hm, Another thing, easy to understand, since not everyone can read/think the same, isn't that whole thing kind of well, out there?
Not everyone can read the same thing, and understand it fully, and one line can be taken many ways, even if it is written out to a whole certain way, it's something you see in, oh say, English class alot. So it's not always if something is clear to you, it might be clear to someone else.

Probably the same reason you volunteered to moderate the forums of a GAME on the INTERNET. Probably the same reason you are questioning him about it.
Also, what you do in English class is ALL about interpretation and how we interpreted things differently, however when it comes to the sciences, maths or in this case contracts interpretation differences shouldn't exist.
Also not all of the English language is meant to be interpreted differently. Yes Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet can have their every sentence interpreted in a different manner however contracts shouldn't be anything like that. For example: if i say my shirt is made of cotton ( and it really is) anybody who interpreted that to "my shirt is nylon" they are wrong and are making an incorrect interpretation. So, yes a lot of the English language can be stated in a way where it can be interpreted in a multitude of ways. However when dealing with contracts it is is simply and obligation to make sure it is not vague and not open to different interpretation.
P.S for everyone's sake never again refer to an internet forum moderator as a job, its down right embarrassing to anyone who has an occupation and actually works to make a living. -

I am a MOD, my job is to keep you inlign, I do this, because as much as it's the internet, it's something for EVERYONE.
That kid started it by ruining school for everyone.

In terms of 'caring' I do not treat it like my brother or mother and father whom I care deeply about. In that sense its a different care. However, since I utilize and play this game and interact with the community, in a different sense, I have to care if I am to continue enjoying such.
But I also care about the principal, I would care alot more about this game if it were run the way it was supposed to from the beginning. Properly and clearer than it is. -

All I'm asking is for the kinks to work out. Its up to the staff to cooperate and make it happen. Regardless, its a win-win situation for me. -

Don't even try the Mods are most of the time like they are educated but really they're just thread closers. I honestly hate them on the forums, Off they're pretty awesome. -

This is the whole reason this thread was made. The principal of the whole situation. The Terms of Use are not being followed and/or enforced properly. Such things need to change for this community to take any more steps forward. -
What is this I don't even.-Kick anyone with the BR tag or above 125 ping for no reason.
-Kick anyone that speaks a different language than my native ones.
-Speak in languages that are not English but still one of my natives, utilizing it to secretly curse, insult harass and use as a method to gain an advantage over those who don't understand with my peers who do, to help.
-Display my patriotism in any way possible, be it names or spamming in chat, be it in English or not.
-Cause a lack of interest in the game environment to the above two requirements.
-Use anything I deem to be a racial/ethnic border lining in terms of name choosing.
-Report anyone I think is violating any of the ToS in a way I deem to be wrong, according to such. (Expect floods.)

Thats your big action? By all means knock yourself out. The game has always been this way and I doubt that its going to change as long as I can throw it on a 10 year old machine and play with 20fps. -

I did not saying I was suing them in any way shape or form. If they violate my rights, then it may become a possibility, until then, I just want this issue resolved. -

I don't see anything about him suing in there, just saying hes going to do what he feels is allowed by the TOS.
A lawyer would never even give a case about this consideration. -

meh, I work a full-time job and I don't mind.
Obviously hes referring to job as an assignment. Of course one could actually WORK with moderating forums. Plenty of people do. -
