I'm Taking Action
http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=85695
This is on behalf of the topic above that had no action taken against it. Or any acknowledgment of such noted from those appropriate. I have waited, quite a fairly long time for a suitable response in any way shape or form. I will not have this sit idle for 2 months and be put into the ground and dismissed. This is mainly applicable to Ontarians, but I ENCOURAGE you to also check your consumer rights in your country and know what is acceptable and if the Z8 policy they have set forth is binding. Below are key points that further my argument that will set the stance I currently have.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terms_of_Service
Terms of service (abbreviated as ToS or TOS) are rules by which one must agree to abide by in order to use a service. Unless in violation of consumer protection laws, such terms are usually legally binding.
http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/Pages/Your_Consumer_Rights.aspx
Contracts must be clear and comprehensible
Vague language is discouraged in contracts. All required information must be clear, prominent and easy to understand. If there is a dispute over unclear language, it must be interpreted in favour of the consumer by law.
The 'contract' also known as the ToS is what is greatly flawed at this time. Since there is such vague notes within their contract, that gives me the right as a consumer (yes, I have put money into this game, making it so) to do as stated above according to the laws. That means anything I find too vague or unclear, I will force into my favour.
On top of that, I will also be utilizing the apparent 'advantages' the foreigners get that normally would be against the ToS and also do them until this change in policy is more clear. Now before you even think about banning me, a specific individual for exerting their rights and simply return what has been a commonplace for not only me but dozens of other individuals. Keep one word in mind that would greatly be your downfall in such an instance. Discrimination. Which if I remember correctly is against the policy of most companies themselves and can be quite the big problem. So until the policy is changed correctly and ENFORCED properly, I will do what these foreigners have since nearly the beginning:
-Kick anyone with the BR tag or above 125 ping for no reason.
-Kick anyone that speaks a different language than my native ones.
-Speak in languages that are not English but still one of my natives, utilizing it to secretly curse, insult harass and use as a method to gain an advantage over those who don't understand with my peers who do, to help.
-Display my patriotism in any way possible, be it names or spamming in chat, be it in English or not.
-Cause a lack of interest in the game environment to the above two requirements.
-Use anything I deem to be a racial/ethnic border lining in terms of name choosing.
-Report anyone I think is violating any of the ToS in a way I deem to be wrong, according to such. (Expect floods.)
Now you may ask, isn't that discrimination as well? I don't think so, as it seems to be what everyone is doing, so its equal. I'm just giving it back to them.
What I won't do is stoop to abusing bugs, hacks or the like. I'm not attacking the game itself, only those who decided to invade and try an assimilate it. I get that enough in my country every day thank you very much, I don't need it here.
Secondly, also beware of the 'grandfathering' rule. I'm sure you smart people know what that is, so I won't go into details.
Last but not least, the final thing, if you refuse to allow me to interpret the ToS as i wish due to vague wording and improper structure you will also be violating my right as a consumer. When you should have simply made it more clear.
Anyone who violates the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 will have to pay
Individuals violating certain sections of the act are liable to a fine of up to $50,000 or imprisonment of up to two years less one day. A corporation can be fined up to $250,000.
Any questions will be answered, I'm pretty sure you know my seriousness if I will take it this far. Anyone who agrees with such should look into their own consumer rights and follow suit.
You have no one to blame but yourselves Z8, I gave plenty of time and notice. Also, don't try and cover it up, I'm already a few steps ahead in that department.

Mhm, Mhm.
Your whole thing was interesting till I saw you said Z8Games, When the company is G4Box, just saying, I like specifics.
And tomorrow morning if I got time, I'll argue about a few things of this if you wish if Saidin / Fallen_Angel / Greycloak or who ever else doesn't before me.
Oh, I got nothing against G4Box, yet. That's the game owners itself. Its this portal that's currently the face that's the problem with their ToS, if that happens to tie them in, then technically aren't they Z8?
Also, I gave plenty of time for them to make their points across to fix the issue before. It was clear they seemed to have no interest in the issue. -

I think some people will misread who you are directing this thread to, which is Z8Games. -

G4Box IS Z8. Z8 is like the fake name writers go under.
Neowiz and SmileGate own the rights. -
The Portal = Z8Games = G4Box.
There is no "Z8Games Staff" Only "G4Box Staff"
And btw, since when did someone find Wikipedia reliable?
I've seen a bunch of lies and useless stuff on it.
So they are indeed G4box, very well, regardless, since they are BOTH the same people, my only specifics was that the terms displayed on this portal are greatly incorrect and are still under subject of such.
I used Wiki on a quick and personal reference for a small line I only needed, chances are I could find it elsewhere. Doesn't change the fact my consumer's right page however, which is the main key thing here regardless of the ToS definition source. -

I just hate it sometimes how rex relies on greycloak to handle these things when he basically just wipes his ass with it himself.
@Kelathe: Ikr...Tomato> Tomato Same sht... -
Hm, Another thing, easy to understand, since not everyone can read/think the same, isn't that whole thing kind of well, out there?
Not everyone can read the same thing, and understand it fully, and one line can be taken many ways, even if it is written out to a whole certain way, it's something you see in, oh say, English class alot. So it's not always if something is clear to you, it might be clear to someone else.
Also tell me something sir.
Why do you care so much about a GAME on the INTERNET?
So find people compitent enough to fulfill that "Inteligence" standard and not a bunch of r3t4rd foreigners...Also it becomes are problem when we decide to give you our REAL money. -
Who cares it's a game. Just play or gtfo seriously.
BTW to REx, If you're going to actually take this seriously, don't take shots at the guy. Is he right or wrong, that's the real question.
He's correct. He's voicing his opinion as a consumer about the product "crossfire" and is asking for answers if that isn't provided to him he can easily sue. -

[MOD]Rex made a very good point here.
Ruin it, destroy it, or make it what you'd like to be. It's all up to you.
You are ruining the game for yourself because you are taking Crossfire
much to seriously. If you just sit back, relax, and play, then you may
actually find that you're enjoying your time on Crossfire, rather than
raging, or creating threads... somewhat like this. -
This thread is ridiculous. I'm going with REX: why do you care so much about a game?
"lol dey be infrigan my rights and no do nothing!11"
You make it seem like you are the victim, when in reality, this stuff is in every single FPS game to date. You came to play for this, and just because you pointed out a few lines of text won't make much of a difference. I know, however, that half of the community is going to stand on your side and try to twist words like a tornado of bull****.
I am so glad I barely get myself involved in the community, mainly because we have stuff like this that manages to get onto the forums and noticed. -

In essence, yes that itself is a bit flawed, however, as noted in my post there were very few problems in such a way. Examples could have been given about degrees of severity in subtle manners. Ideals about explaining their terms could have been clarified. What is out there however... is the fact that most of these aren't even enforced a tad.
However, if a company cover's their asses properly like their supposed to, they normally don't have this problem. I doubt bigger companies would have this issue ever, why? Because they actually bother to try and get it right the first time, and if not, a second time, a third time. They update their ToS and ToA's constantly.
I don't care about the game, nor the internet. I care about the PRINCIPAL. Don't make it seem like this is a personal attack on this game only. I'd do it for others if I had such problems. It should be clear I'm asking for simply a small favour that would take less time to argue and so on. But seems to be fought against, why? Why nt fix this issue? Enforce it and give the knowledge to those who are ignorant of it? -

So... Take this into account past the game here, would you say, find this acceptable if this happened where you live? In real world terms. Your homeless, but people just coming in from different countries get the jobs, the big loans to raise their companies not even built yet, you probably won't see such a large lump in your life unless your lucky, and the principals, language and so on around you changed, because you decided it was okay to let it happen?
