Now that this is all happening, I have to completely agree.
Most of the things that were pointed out are already done sometimes, if not,
a lot of the rounds you play.
CuteNFluffyOoO: I'm not going to start a pointless argument with you every time I see you post.
I'm not that easy. You're just too full of yourself, and believe that everyone loves you. If it makes
you happy, think that. But I do think there are plenty of members who like me, or enjoy reading my posts. -
fixed it for you
You are only proving my point even further. You give small, short responses to people in this thread because they don't agree with you, nor the OP. That's such an amazing intellect you have; do you bring it everywhere with you?
Curious, did you read the OP, or did you just skim it and assume, "omg ToS no good"? -

Flame elsewhere. Stupid little arguments get actual **** closed around here. Take it to PMs. -

Sorry, but I did read. I do agree with some of his points, but I know some of them are wrong. I am not pointing them out. I don't agree with what OP is saying. Simple as that.
I am going to wait for your next, ridiculous response. -

Ok let's keep it on topic. There is a legitimate discussion here. The OP made some VERY good points and such things should be discussed ahead of personal battles. Please keep it to the OP's discussion. This NEEDS to be discussed.I am going to wait for your next, ridiculous response.
For the sake of the thread, please I ask both of you to be mature and continue this elsewhere. -

But if you didn't noticed it, they all end up in a closed thread in the same day, this one at least got more than 4 mods in it ^^.[MOD]Bruce wrote: »I don't really want to stick my nose in here as another mod did a proper job of fouling things up. Kelathe vs Brazil 2010
a battle that worths to fight, unless you love to play with them all the time.
BTW "OFF TOPIC" gratz on the 2 msg's LOL -

Regardless, you both stated your opinions, there is no reason to start trolling or flaming each other to receive possible infractions. Its a simple fact, everyone has a right to opinion, but are responsible for the actions that may follow. Just like speech. -
You are making to big a deal of this. No one needs to know about your 'actions' unless you are being accused or reprimanded for something.
As much as it is an interesting read about the Terms of Service and your point of view, it is pretty much pointless.
Anything you do in life will have discrimination and prejudice. There are laws set in place to help prevent it, but it will still happen.
I don't even know where to begin, and even if I did, I don't feel like getting into an argument. Suffice to say, you have valid points but lack any real reason to hold this vendetta... besides being (dare I say it?) butthurt from a small percentage of Brazilians.
But don't mind me...
There was an intersting thread a while ago that got closed (don't know if you started it, but your name seems familiar) about going after the big time creators of 'hacks'. I think that would be a much nobler and wiser platform to stand on rather than being angry at Brazilians. -

I'm all about the fight but when you're trying to go up against a whole nation its another story. They don't care that they're getting kicked, they'll just keep on trucking. New accounts, new IPs, new hacks, new rooms, whatever it takes. -

Cheaters should be banned automatically (first offense)

If it were only Brazilians, I wouldn't have bothered to go this far. It pertains to everyone. The Brazilians can stay for all I care, and they should, but if they are, they shouldn't be treated any different than us, in any way shape or form, and this flawed ToS is the grounds as to why they are.
I got nothing against the race themselves overall, but like any failed operation of law, the majority and good number of those here posted are unclear or not enforced, we all know what happens when rules aren't enforced, they get broken and are considered the 'norm', it doesn't have to be foreigners that do it, history donates prime examples of those who tried to do such things. -
Kelathe, you never cease to amaze me, lol.
You two are my most trusted non-MOD/GM forumers.Actually, thats for only a company. Up to, btw. I wouldn't be able to target each individual member unless they directly violated such rights.
You both are AH-mazing.

I, like Kelathe, want to see a change in this community. Unfortunately, addressing what is wrong is the only way to fix such issues. It's an ugly thing addressing something that is wrong, versus something that is right. No one ever wants to hear that they are wrong. It has to be done and the appropriate personnel must be made aware of those issues. There is never a time where nothing can be done. There is ALWAYS something that can be done.
If I change the mind of one forumer to think the way Kelathe and I do, then I have succeeded for the day. Tomorrow, I will begin again. -

What if they take it out of the country? You know that every nation and country has their own rights, how are they going to fine other people from other countries?
*Read half of the thread.*
Mainly the fact they are accepting money from my country, they have licenses inside this country and the fact that one of their properties are located within the country makes them part of our laws as well I believe. Which I think is half the reason they are unable to go into many other countries or places. Due to legalities of many forms.
If it were a company solely based in one area and not intended for others, then perhaps it'd be a different story. -

Sorry, I stereotype anyone being dumb as Brazilian. Not that I think they all are, mind you... I just like to roll the entire idea of foreigners/glitchers/hackers/bads into one category. Makes it easier to complain about them.
However, to play devil's advocate a little, most of the T.O.S is actually enforced... when they can. The largest problem is that they do not have enough people to enforce this, nor do they have full proof... which is actually a sign that they (try to) respect all players no matter their background or culture.
Let's be honest, who really reads the T.O.S unless they have been banned or are looking to get someone banned? I can say without any doubt in my mind that there are no more than five foreign players who have actually read the T.O.S. Therefor, with the lack of resources to enforce all the terms, combined with them being skipped over, you find yourself in this situation.
Basically what I am saying is that unless you have proof of discrimination against yourself, have reported it, AND THEN seen no action taken (after being looked over and found true), that is when you have yourself a case.
Back when I cared a little more about actually playing the game in peace (in pubs), the majority of people I reported for abuse, hacking or glitching, were banned or suspended. Why? Because I had proof and actually wrote good reports.
You may then say, "I am just one person, how am I suppose to report and keep track of it all?" And I will answer, "That is how z8/g4box feels."
Really though, you do have good points, but the whole idea is wasted on the fact that this is a game, a free game and a game populated by a majority of foreign players. -
This is absolutely right. If someone feels their rights are violated, they can sue. Z8 made some mistakes, and if they don't fix them, things are gonna heat up real fast.Imagine the Staff, and Kelathe... L0L. Epic, and really awkward sort of fight.
Z8 should think. And they should remove the Brazil flag on the sign-up thing. -

You didn't read the entire post or you didn't understand what he has written.
If action is taken against him because of his newly devised actions which resemble prejudice, then he can take legal action considering he is a customer and the T.O.S. isn't clear enough that it allows him to 'misinterpret' it. -
You're just a moderator. Since this is serious, leave it to those who actually know about this stuff. Why do you care so much about a GAME on the INTERNET?
Sorry, but mods often try to just snuff things out. I dislike half the mods because they are just PLAYERS who are chosen as the best of the rest. Just remember MrAdam, who was straight discriminative towards anyone who was not American. If he was still around now, I'd probably have taken action against him as an individual. -

Oh, I apologize, I misunderstood the OP. -

As stated in my post linked, the lack of people to enforce these rules is not OUR fault, but the companies. Its their responsibility to maintain their property and consumers after all. I did not say 'all' of it was ignored, just a good bundle I find should be looked into a bit more.
On another note, how many of the foreigners read an English ToS? As far as I know, the website stays that way for its content, I could be wrong. If it doesn't have it in multiple languages, that is yet another flop the company has done. As said, this isn't just about hacks or game bugs, those are a different category period than what I'm mainly driving at. The game has a word filter, but only for mainly English words. See a problem? A foreigner doesn't have a problem there. Thats just an example. I don't need to be butthurt in order to fully realize an issue, exposed to it enough, even if one isn't the direct result of such, will realize a problem, or should have.
Personally I thank you for your time expressing your opinions, and in some cases facts. But it has to start somewhere eh? All I'm asking for is clarity and equality right? -

The last thing I want is a 'fight'. Things have been awkward with them and me before, I think this is no exception, I can probably hear cursing in the distance as well. It does mean more work.
And I am against them removing the flag, you shouldn't even bother posting such things.
