It is unfortunate that not only you don't seem to understand the nature of this event, but you are also making some negative assumptions. The event was not about how old the account is or how much ZP it spent, players submitted a weapon of their choice and a message, and that what counted. If for some reason you believe that out of tens of thousands of wishes you must've been selected, then these types of events are definitely not for you.[/QUOTE]

    "tens of thousands"

oh well .what about the halloween screen shoot contest then?why my screen didn't win?there were less than 50 entries and 3 winners, obviously mine and some others screens were much better than the winners that seemed too regular and looked like the GM's are trolling with the winners selection (not that I care since there wasn't weapon by choice but still)

anyways I am not here for fight/argue especially not in xmas...have a great holiday sir!
  • 10 playeers ? >>>>crossfire 10.000 players ?!!!!
  • Oh.. few youtubers.. few which i dont know.. probaly " famous" aswell :D but hey we read your wishes :D:D

If you can, please post their statement :) For example, publish the number in the lottery, of course, the final interpretation is your.
  • Can we see all the messages submitted, the ones that won? so we can see what people did to win, seems we all did it wrong after all, since i dont see what the winning requirement is and how a wish can be better than another.

why are so many people complaining? all you had to do is login for 10 days and play for a bit to get a chance at a free perm gun....

Man, you don't get the point!

But It would have been better to announce that only 10 players could win a perm weapon. Instead we all thought that we would all get one. So, we really hoped and were certain that we would receive a perm weapon. But lack of information led to dissapointment.

    PEACE & LOVE

Yes, I'm really curios to see what kind of message the winners had left.

    PEACE & LOVE

Your telling us all that you and others with limited staff went and viewed all wishes , Great lie dude.
Congrats to the winners on this particular event lol.

I completely understand everyone wants free stuff but you expect them to give everyone who made a wish a gun? I made a wish i believe i also made a good wish reason i did not win. I'm still not crying gratz to all the winners. Better luck next time to those like me who got overlooked.
  • What pisses the community is the clarity in the event announcement.
Always same old crap story in this and other games.
Giving high expectations and delivering garbage.
Was is so hard to announce that would only be 10 winners?

That's what I already have said in one of my previous posts. I know they won't give everyone a perm weapon, but at least they could 'warn' us that there would only be 10.

Yep, well said. Agreed ;) High expectations but gone is hope when u realize (after the event is done) there would be only 10.

  • They could of announced one winner if they wanted as thread name was directed towards a single winner
  • CrossFire is always like this. Hyping people up for little information but later on you'll be disappointed.
  • I was really disappointed in this event since most of the players are the most active in discord, all this seems fixed only choose your friends
every day these [gm] disappoint :/
  • Dileğim kabul oldu ama silahları nasıl nerden alabilirim
  • Couldnt submit a wish on phone, pc or laptop. not even on incognito mode... but congratz to the winners.
  • Hey! I wouldn't mind if the wish messages were posted, I would love to see what other people posted as well. I'm one of the winners [Keiko], and can tell genuinely how the event wasn't fixed. (I'd also like to see what I wrote too because I kind of forgot)

Out of all the weapons that were chosen, I'd like to think my item of choice was the most absurd of all of them; yes, it's a golden brick, but its so obsolete given other melee weapons lol. This is definitely in stark contrast with the other weapons, containing a collector's value/VIP in them. It's subjective, but this was the entire reasoning of my wish; I wanted something so absurd for the sake of it being so absurd.

How did I wish for it? I proclaimed that the brick was definitely more important than whatever anyone else wished for. It was a joke wish, but I guess they liked it. It's because of this absurdity, and the things I wrote in my wish, that I got what I received. So from my eyes, this was a genuine event. All the accusations you're making is discouraging the repeat of such an event, as if they want to keep the event up and constantly hear more negative complaints.

To the staff, however, I think there is some fair criticism regarding the clarity of how the event worked. Yes, it was mentioned that there would be 10 winners prior to selecting them, but the event page didn't seem to communicate that (I only managed to find it within discord, a single chat hidden within the storm of many others). It would've made a huge difference as to how people viewed the event, and emphasising the importance of wishes could've done the same.

TLDR: event aint fixed because my wish got me an item i wanted for jokes (but wrote a lot about in my wish and also wanted it), the criticisms in the event's clarity are mostly fair because communication definitely hindered people's expectations of the event.
  • There was no requirement to who would win, other than the necessity of having to play 30 minutes on 10 different days, (Which I can see that quite a few people here who are commenting didn't qualify for).

We read the wishes of those of you who just say you've been a good boy (or girl)

There were so many hilarious, heartfelt, loving wishes.

So yeah, we read your wishes. It wasn't random, but we read them.

    In regards to the event:

"Play for 30 minutes on 10 different days, and the CrossFire Elves might grant your wish!"

And after you submit your wish, the page states:

Come back on December 27, 2018 to see if your wish has been granted!

I believe with the event there was a bit of a misunderstanding for some players. If you want clarification on something, feel free to either send a ticket, or even PM a GM. I'd be happy to clarify things for you, and if English isn't your first language that's okay, we'll try our best to help you understand. (I will admit however, sending a message to me on Discord is faster mostly because I get a popup from the application when someone does)
  • Wow, so many bad losers.:( Be happy for the winners. Congratz!!!:D:D:D:):):)
    JackPain (Sweden)
  • I am a crossfire player and an Iraqi warrior.
That day, I saw the wish of crossfire.
I used my Nokia phone to make my wish.
I thought to myself, if I got what I thought, I should go back to my hometown.
But when 10 players didn't have my name, my dream was shattered.
My heart is also dead, like a child who can't get a mother's arms.:(

How is this story?;) Hard work ! I think we can't complain anymore.!:D and I can't modify my avatar
  • Everyone knows i don't moan or cry over stuff like this but I'd like to tell you all that this event was pretty rigged.
I can see many names which are in GM's/Mod's top ten favorite list.

I can name them here but it will make things worse but here is the hint: one of those favorites has won "KNIGHT-SR16". That's all I wanted to say.
  • excuses the same happened last year, chose the players closest to the 'gm'excuses the same happened last year, chose the players closest to the [gm]
