Nothing happens if you submit twice, you actually get a message saying that you've did before.

And what's bugging me is actually heing able to wish for a VIP but not a noble lol(?)

Jeez it finally got submitted, nothing worked until i tried Edge private mode on xbox one as last resort
so if you guys got an xbox it works there or just try Microsoft Edge incognito mode, good luck!

It's so sad to open hundreds and hundreds of crates and nothing permanent comes out while your friends spin a few crates and brag about their permanent weapons.
This event remindes me even more of those rip off moments.
Will some players get weapons and others not?
