Definitely A Sniper with an Pistol.
It makes PERFECT sense.
If you miss from close range shot, just simply get out your Deagle, Anaconda or any pistol and... BAM! they are dead.

oh yeah shotty is very good for gm i mean ghosts can get away from u easy but if they rush you its very hard for them.

acually shotgun is decent in a gm fast kills but u need to make sure u have a pistol of some sort in ur bag cuz if range on shotty other wise its pretty good for blowin out a ghosts brains

Shotgun is good for ghostmode but somtimes u need to shot far away and it's suck ..

I use M4a1-Adv and Deagle = THe bESt I think..

U need to have Smoke in GM it make ghosts visible..

heres my setup for GM if using shotty....

Main wep - XM1014
side wep - Deagle
Nades - smoke, flash, frag

plus to make it easier to detect ghsots go to your computers "sound options" and set your output to surrround sound, that way by jsut turning your headphones u can get a general direction of where a ghsot is camping, but it doesnt work up n down but works left n right.

its not the BEST because it makes u run realy slowly and has low accuracy, aka easy pickings for a ghost to run upto u jumping and dodging ur shots n BAM dead.
