Our tournament will most likely not be BYOC and since we will be in the expo, the ticket for entry to the expo will also get you into the CF area.The CSGO event says BYOC is it the same for Crossfire and is the tickets for CF not yet available on the EGLx site? -

I can't give specifics yet but yes there will be some fun stuff we have to hand out.Will this be at all any similar to PAX south from last year? Like having a portion of the lan include some tournaments and cash prizes among the people there?
While I think you can bring your PC to EGLx in general, we will already have the PC's provided for our area.Also will you be able to bring your own computer? I plan not to but it would be unfair if they brought their own good pcs with 144 hz monitors.

Well if you want more people to show up there's some people that have to schedule work accordingly beforehand and/or if they live far they have to make certain arrangements. Some players first look to decide if it's worth showing up for if it includes their favorite game modes, the rules etc... just saying the date it's held on doesn't help. I'm sure some players don't want to drive 2-4 hours just to meet other players and GMs or just to play FFA. Doesn't apply to me but does for my friend. Most events and competitive tournaments in the past have revealed full information last minute which is why the outcome was decent but could of been even better if these things were taken into consideration. We appreciate the events and tournaments held for us just need some improvements to hype the game up more. -

I understand your frustration, and you have a few good points. However, we're not withholding info just for the sake of it, we're finalizing some stuff and once it is set in stone we'll be able to give you all the fun details
