You can't use any songs which are copyright, even if you have a disclaimer in the description.
You CAN, however, use royalty-free songs. There are many places all over the internet that offer songs that are free for public use, and from what I can tell, they're available for use in the Film Festival

Thanks for the answer. Really sucks that we can't use those songs.
I have no idea what royalty-free songs are and how to search for those songs is a little unclear for me...
Anyways will try to find a good not copyrighted song soon............ -
How do I know if my tickets have been receive and have been done correctly? just making sure
Your ticket will be received once it's sent but they won't tell you if your video breaks any rules. The rules are stated in page 1 so make sure you follow them before you send in your submission. -

You can look up music policies directly on YouTube.
Follow these steps: Login on YouTube > My Channel > Video Manager > Create > Music Polices = There you can look up copyright polices for any song. It will tell you if you're safe to use it or not.
You can also download free music from YouTube Audio Library. (My Channel > Video Manager > Create > Audio library)
I personally get my music from free non copyrighted channels. Here's some channels that I often use: NoCopyrightSounds, Frequency - NCS, Lega- NCS (<lots of good trap,rap, edm beats), Bass Rebels - NCS.
I use music from these channels and never had a copyright claim/strike. Just make sure you follow the "how to use" instructions properly and you'll be fine.
