Hey,
I made a comment on your Facebook post and there are many people which support my idea, so it would be nice if you could take care on this suggestion:
Please split the tournaments, especially the CFCL Elite and Search & Destroy one into UK & NA again, because it would be really annoying for both to play until 3-4 AM in the morning and with 120+ ping.

You have your own consistent tournaments in EU, whereas we've waited over 7 months now. We are not allowed to play in EU's tournaments or create our own division of theirs, so why should you be allowed to cut our CFCL prize pool in half to create your own? Unfair to have our only tournament crippled just so you can have two. Also, please refrain from mentioning STDX, because we didn't voice our support. -

I agree great point unless they don't cut the prizes in half just to make UK division then that'd be different. It's not fair for NA because we've had absolutely nothing. -

Not trashing any team but why do some people hate on Carbon they were a good team, but now you have supamen good luck. -

As the main post says more details will be announced so let's just wait for that before we get into such things as you guys mentioned before.

Also to note, we haven't accepted any invitations into Elite yet, so I don't know why you are all arguing. Its entirely possible that some of you won't even be accepted. So lets get along for now, shall we? -

Thank you once again for the GM's for putting together season 2, it looks great thus far!
I am sure the GM's have figured something out and like Kanadian said, he will let us know soon. Perhaps some matches in UK and some matches in NA, we will just have to wait. UK division does have good teams but better than NA?
Also, the admins needs to focus on delighting the NA and UK players, as they are the main focus. NA players are not allowed to even register for European tournaments at all

EU teams should be sticking to their own version anyways. -
How many players on a team can I have? And to verify, signing up on the E-Sport hub guarantees playing the cfcl ghost if eligible?
I believe 7 is the roster size maximum. Also the current sign ups are just for CFCL Elite (Pro League for SND), but other modes sign ups will be available later on. -

Some players from EU are allowed to play on the CFNA client, it was also not the players or the team orgs. who made that decision either.
Would your attitude have been different if you've only had to wait for 1 month instead of 7?
This time around, they've decided to mix NA and EU teams, which is a change I personally like.
If you are a good enough team, NA or EU, you will make it far - possibly even win. -

His post wasn't against having Europeans play in our division, it was against having NA and Eu separated like it was last season
We would love to play against the European teams since it's better practice than NA teams, and having separate divisions simply lowers the prize pool for everyone -

That to me, indicates that he is upset that EU teams are able to compete in two regions at the same time, where as NA teams aren't allowed to do that. He could've just said that NA and EU shouldn't split because it would split the price pool, if he really wanted to say anything. But really, the GM's and MOD's should receive nothing but positivity and large amounts of respect, regardless what they decide to do. The publisher and developer relationship is something I feel like a lot of people don't quite understand. The GM's even thinking about doing this, blows my mind.
The only reason why teams protested about this change (I can only speak for EU teams as those are the ones I work with), was because they feared that they would have to play matches in the middle of the night, and that there would be a difference in ping in favor of NA teams on the NA servers, and vice versa (yes, a lot of them also said that NA teams shouldn't have to play on the UK servers as well), but there are of course more factors to consider.
None of their intentions were to make the overall price pool smaller for the NA region. Most of the things said in that post, even though it wasn't saying much, felt so out of place. This was quickly debunked, as the teams pressured the GM's for an answer, they provided that answer on the weekend, too. The GM's and MOD's are in it to make the NA competetive scene great, and we all love them for it!
NA vs EU situation: I want CFNA in ESL and CFCL, but the publisher needs to make that happen, as that's currently outside of ESL's hands. More competition, and more frequent competition is where we want to be.
