You have 2 parts to complete to get ribbon. Part 1 is to do with Daily missions. (You need to do 20 mission between 1st to 31st March) Part 2 of the event is (Celebrate 8th Anniversary Event) which will be announced next week.
So you need to complete both Parts to get ribbon. Part 1 is simple Daily missions 20 you can start today, which would take 20 days to do. Part 2 of the event is not announced yet. -

Purchase both SOCOM pistol in GP Item shop and navy seal ZP character for that Ribbon. =] -

When I asked Grumpy earlier when we will know the 2nd part of the event, he said next week. So we have a whole week to wait =[ -

I tend to spend all my free time online if there are ribbons, so it's not losing a week that was bothering me, it was more of missing out on the Ribbon incase they revealed it too late for me to complete the first day. 0.0 -
from day 1 my overthinking was that we need do the special mission as well, correct me if im wrong, well if we need the special mission, they should put note that we need to complete the special mission 1-4times in the month, but sence they didnt talk about it, then im overthinking again

+ for those who miss the ex days of daily, its not to late, the event need 20 days at least for u to done this ribbon and get it, if u miss like 5 days and push ur self in the other 25 days and get 20 from them and finish daily, u will get the ribbon

As long as I get my "Monthly Count" full I should be cool? I been using extra missions does it matter if I do?
Extra mission Do not count as Monthly missions. You would also need to do new Event Called Celebrate 8th which will be announced Tuesday. -

What I am saying Extra missions do not fill up monthly one. They only give dogtags. -
