There's one labeled "Crossfire Support" -> "Technical Issues". That's where I'd submit it anyway.Could you tell me where exactly I have to send support ticket? Billing - Other Issues? or Chargeback?

That I cannot guarantee you anything. All I can say is to wait for the reply or submit another on under the right department. I Would send it as complaint or Technical issue. However it is best to send it via "Technical Issue" as it seem it is technical issue regarding resetting KDR during events. Re-Submit it with clear details of what happend and proof of doing event such as Tracker data Screenshot might help, In game Result SS during events. At least this way they can add warning next time and give EP as CF data log should still contain all kills for those days regardless of KDR reset. That is only to show the player KDR profile page. -

We know there is an issue, some players didn't receive the right amount of EP and the GMs are aware of it. Give the GMs some time and they will give you the rest of the EP. Well that personal crate event u give me was worthless xD.. I din't win a single one permanent item like wtf... But the EP was epic though and Thank you for that GM's. Hopefully you would make another event like this again<3CFFever<3

Avoid Spending it, you are not the only one who has been given 90k or more EP extra. It is definitely a glitch in the Re-Distribution of EP earlier on aannounced. So try to avoid spending it, in case they reverse this glitch later on. -

plus i bought 45 crates from the ep shop (20 FR-F2 + 15 M4 commando ) and i didn't win anything but timed guns and a ton of GP(200K to be spesifec)

I spun 150+ crates yesterday and won nothing... Literally not a single wep... 80 crates of kac.. 20 of armsel 10 of d.e gold 20 of m14ebr ..7 of buster then 1 of some random crate 10 norinco .. 10 ca7 (frgt its exact nane one of gp crate) black market really hates me.. You had to finish the personal goal to also get the community reward. If you didn't help to reach the target, you also don't get EP....... -
The reason it's two ways is because the first one required each person to do 500. Imagine each person only did 500, but the community goal wasn't reached. Then the second way to win is each person needs to kill even more to reach the community goal. I can tell you for a fact if everyone played only 500, we would not have reached certain goals such as melee and pistol.AbnormalGun wrote: »But they clearly said "two ways to win"...
If you didn't event even complete 500 kills towards the personal goal, why would you expect a reward for the community goal where each person had to have contributed greater than 500 kills?

I will give you that the rule should of been mentioned in the original post and that "Two ways to win" led you to think you had a way to win either by doing personal goal crates or community goal EP. However the rule was, to get EP you need to complete Personal goal. I would of complained if the event ended and no rule was given about the requirement 500 to get EP but GM did mention it a few days later. Meaning you and many had been given notice of the rule for EP. I do agree the rule or rules should be placed at the start of the events and posted on OP. Just remember this for every future event like this. When there is a community target, you must also help to reach it in order to get all the rewards. It has been like this previously and it will be also like this in future events....
