how is it not fair? Seems to me 500 kills IS the minimum for participating in the event for each section. Not like 500 kills for each section is hard either within the amount of time the event was over. Especially if you join FFAs and TDMs where you're the best player in the bunch. Can easily knock out 100 kills a match in a 12 minute match against nabs. -
500 is fair it doesnt take long time to finish and its good so ppl who knows what events are and keeps up with events can work for the rewards they want to get so not just random kills and you just find a random reward that you dont even know where did it came from

It aint fair because it is a community reward, lets say we are 10 kills off the event, and someone gives 10 kills he participated in the event..
Or they should specify in the post that you need to complete the solo events to get the rewards from the community one, because it doesnt say that anywhere. -

They didn't mention it on the OP, however one of the GM did post a reply regarding that matter on 15th, so you can't say you didn't get warning or advance notice. Plus I wouldn't be happy with people getting same EP as those who did helped with 500 or more kills and those who only did 10 or so. You cannot expect people to do all the work and sit back and expect same reward. I think this is a right call and a right rule.[GM]Kanadian wrote: »Yes, you only receive community goals if you get the personal goals. For example, if the community reaches the rifle goals, but you only get 2 rifle kills, you will not get any rewards. -

I'll give you that they should have specified on the original post. However, it should also be common sense that you'd have to do the personal to get the community IMO. And as Camel stated, Kanadian did answer the question with ample time for anyone to finish the event 2-3 times over.
But let's consider that '10 kills= participated' idea....by that view every player in CF has probably 'participated' even the ones who know absolutely nothing about the event or even just installed and started playing CF yesterday have probably gotten 10 kills with at least a couple of weapons types by now. The purpose of the community part is to reward those who push the community to the goal and really 500 is the minimum to be considered knowing that 500 kills is 1/10,000th of the smallest community goal number. A handful of kills, especially without knowledge of the event, isn't doing that. So it'd be silly to reward someone who isn't purposefully helping and if they DO know about the event and do so little kills...then clearly they don't care. -

Why u get the community reward while u didn't get 500 kills .. U want to get the reward without doing anything ??? -

If you guys only stop asking us to do that much kills, i mean people who actually pay are people who work so it means they have less holiday than children who don't spend unless their parents give them, and for example if you're clanless doing 500 kills in 2 weeks is just impossible with the kick system things.
How about making an event to make sure everyone can do it without any exception for people who has holiday each month.
PS: my english... -

It's pretty doable, 500 kills ins't a lot. You can probably finish one in an hour if you just play ffa -

hmm no, it's doable actually, I finished all my personal tasks in just 3 days, and yes I do go to school and have other certain things to do so I only get to spend as much as 4 hours a day in game. -
If you make a server for Egyptians it would be nice
OT 4 out of 5 kill missions is good enough for anyone to waist 50k ep on empty crates.
