I know I shouldn't be complaining xD.... Giving us the EP for the unfinished rifle kills is a pretty cool gesture of them, but here 's the thing -
I finished the personal goals on my 3 accounts but only received the extra ep on 2 accounts. Unfortunately, this account 'just' received 60k EP even though i finished all the personal goals on it and should therefore be qualified to receive the extra EP. Still wondering why that happened

i got my ep and crates +5 snipers crate got 45.000 ep because i diin't do the pistol or the knife because i was busy, but the thing is i din't win any items from the crates any thing! is that normal ?
plus i bought 45 crates from the ep shop (20 FR-F2 + 15 M4 commando ) and i didn't win anything but timed guns and a ton of GP(200K to be spesifec)
the thing i wanna know is this normal for all this crates to go with no reward those are zp crates shoudn't i at least won one item at least ? is this normal or i have a problem with my account ?
p.s : i tried after those failed crates
and bought D.E. Camo crates and won it after 120 crate -_- again is this normal or i have a problem ? -

It's quite usual. You have to be really lucky to win anything from 50 or less crates
Anyway - I really recommend you to use Auto-Spin feature as the chance of winning permanent item from crate is calculated like once per seccond or so. So Spinning more crates in short time = increasing the chance of winning an item. It took me like 5 years of spinning GP/ZP crates to came up with this idea. And it works for me. Test it on bunch of GP crates and you'll see

PS: I did not say that you WILL win .. I just said that this is what works for me and it helped me to win few items in past (GP and ZP).

I'm afraid it's completely normal. some people have spun hundreds of ZP crates without winning anything. Some have spun THOUSANDS of GP crates before winning too....
but...then there's the chance to win within 1 crate for either. And many have. -

If you are missing any EP or crates then simply send a ticket and support will look at your data logs. Support is the only way to get any missing EP or crates.

I played the event, but I have not received EP .. why?
As the post above you directed others to do....send in a support ticket if you did the event but did not get the EP.
As another in general post that will likely be completely skipped over....for those of you wondering there is a required rank for events and if you are under that rank you will not get rewards:Please keep in mind that you must at least be a Sergeant 1 Rank to receive the rewards.
*The conditions mentioned above are mandatory for ALL PREVIOUS AND CURRENT Events. -

Well dude i hate the manual spin already, u most time fail, i really start winning my last win's with auto already, just like u said, this idea u said, i think alot doing that already not only u, cause i already do that long time agoBilej_Tesak wrote: »Hi

How sad i didnt see any gm's or mod's saying something about the extra ep and crates, i saw some1 inside the game said i got 5 extra refile, but i got 5 extra sniper + pistol, and i rememeber i finish the sniper first, so i dont know, my guess maybe cause i finish the sniper first and maybe i done pistol next? so the first 2 i get +5 for each? i dont know? so can some gm or mod explain, thank u
