I've been asking this multiple times during the past, but until today I could not get an actual answer. Why can't we have more storage capacity? I know staff are aware of this issue, but why aren't you doing anything against it? Why can't we even get a statement about all this? Since more than a year I am sending support tickets with lists of weapons to be removed. I am growing tired of this. I am tired of seeing stuff like this when I log in after they cleaned my storage;
I know I have lots of duplicates, but on the other hand, a lot of them got removed during the last year. Items I had paid for, with my money.
I am tired of all those Boxing Day and Black Friday sales. Don't get me wrong, they're awesome and I love them. But the fact that opening only few crates clogs my storage, just becaue some grenades or whatever items don't stack makes me mad. Why? Simply because staff members are on holiday during that time and support tickets will (most likely) not be answered. At least, thank you, especially Grumpy, and LaTosca for helping me during those events.
Nevertheless, I am tired of this. I want a solution. Increase the storage capacity, add a "Sell" button to every single item you find in this game, not only to some of the ZM rewards, do anything, but do something.
You guys keep adding ZP crates during every single update. Most likely between two and four new ZP crates. I've got no problem with that, some are useless, some are awesome. Whatever, you know me, I'll buy them anyway. But if you keep adding content, make sure we got enough room to store your new content.
I'm not expecting a lot of sympathy from anyone here, since this issue only concerns a handful of players. But I'm tired of it. And apparently, asking them kindly to do something via tickets won't do.

I can't believe that you own "too much" weapons--Maybe I don't know much, I only own about 30+ permanent weapons, but alas.
By what I understood, you asked to remove dublicates, but that still leaves with 512 different weapons [woah]. Is the 512 limit just for permanent ones or for temporary as well, and if it's the latter, shouldn't you focus on removing those?
However, it makes me sad that this is an issue, and that the only current fix of it is removal of iteams you've paid for.
I hope everything gets fixed sooner than later. -

Each weapon takes one spot from your storage database, whether it's permanent or not. As I already mentioned, removing only temporary items didn't help. -

It may be due to the game having an outdated engine (cough cough) and therefore it cannot support a better database.
Honestly I don't know what the actual game files are coded in, but if I did, then others would also have an answer.
But I don't really know, just my personal guess. -

Each weapon takes one spot from your storage database, whether it's permanent or not. Oh! First of all +1 Danah good thread.. I start having this issue too and it ****es me off when they removed my guns.. then i ask them to put it back into my storage then they said they can't do that..like seriously �� I was like first of all i did not ask yoy to removed 25 weapons from my storage. Then now, you can't put it back after removing it from my staorage. I was like Fo'real? WTF! The. They were like We have to removed some of your weapons because of the capacity. Then i was like then have the damn Devs adjust the capacity.. ��

The reason why they don't re-add a weapon (which you had paid for) to your storage is simple, they say it would just cause the issue of a full storage again. Quite a crappy treatment if you ask me... -

many ways can solve this problem ( ofc all of them dreams and wont happen in this game coz its f2p )
1- recycling temp weapons and items with few exp
2- removing duplicated gp black market weapons without any benefits .
3- transfer duplicated zp weapons from acc to another with high conditions and protocols ( this option higher than SG i think )
4- canceling duplicated weapon ( gp - zp ) if player already got the weapon . -

He has a tonne more weapons than you bro. DAMN, That guy has far more weapons than all the show offs I've seen on these forums. BLOODY HELL XD -

Well, there's a suggestion that I posted earlier.My suggestion to the op would be that if you really 'throw' extravagant amounts of money on pixels, then stop doing that, they'll most likely wake up next morning and say, "OMG. Danah stopped spending huge bills on this game. Who's ganna feed our starving childran naw? Quickly increase the storage capacity that we've been holding up intentionally to keep people from realizing, 'I have 1045 guns already, why should I buy more crates of same reskinned weapons?', but now it's too late. I think that even if we were to sell each single new crate for 25k zp, these 'smart' people would buy them anyway. So nothing to worry about now folks. Just gib them increased storage or we starve to death. Hue."

What you're suggesting, and apparently you're being plain serious, is like telling a vendor "If you ain't treatin' me right Ima go to another store". They don't care. 3.8 million registered accounts here, do you think they would notice if one single player stopped buying ZP? -

Frankly i find it funny. I'm very very happy i stopped spending here, as i used to buy all the guns.
Have not touched this game in months now either.
I am glad you stopped spending in this game, it's a good example to influence others to do the same. If the majority/everyone stopped spending, only then the DEV's would get the message across, and take our 'suggestions of improvement' more seriously than ever.
