Storage Capacity
I've been asking this multiple times during the past, but until today I could not get an actual answer. Why can't we have more storage capacity? I know staff are aware of this issue, but why aren't you doing anything against it? Why can't we even get a statement about all this? Since more than a year I am sending support tickets with lists of weapons to be removed. I am growing tired of this. I am tired of seeing stuff like this when I log in after they cleaned my storage;
I know I have lots of duplicates, but on the other hand, a lot of them got removed during the last year. Items I had paid for, with my money.
I am tired of all those Boxing Day and Black Friday sales. Don't get me wrong, they're awesome and I love them. But the fact that opening only few crates clogs my storage, just becaue some grenades or whatever items don't stack makes me mad. Why? Simply because staff members are on holiday during that time and support tickets will (most likely) not be answered. At least, thank you, especially Grumpy, and LaTosca for helping me during those events.
Nevertheless, I am tired of this. I want a solution. Increase the storage capacity, add a "Sell" button to every single item you find in this game, not only to some of the ZM rewards, do anything, but do something.
You guys keep adding ZP crates during every single update. Most likely between two and four new ZP crates. I've got no problem with that, some are useless, some are awesome. Whatever, you know me, I'll buy them anyway. But if you keep adding content, make sure we got enough room to store your new content.
I'm not expecting a lot of sympathy from anyone here, since this issue only concerns a handful of players. But I'm tired of it. And apparently, asking them kindly to do something via tickets won't do.

I'm surprised that the developers haven't found a solution to this yet since it's been a problem for a few years now. One can assume that increasing the storage limit would solve this issue however, it seems that there is something deeper which could be blocking the issue to be solved. Hope it gets fixed for you! +1

[1]. Either you keep waiting in-vain and maybe.... JUST MAYBE, Z8 will get SmileGate to increase our Inventory Spaces and/or add a Remove/Sell button for all Temporary Wep's/Items (from ZM/MM mode crates or BM crates)
OR
[2]. Wise up and find yourself a new hobby to spend your money on, rather than this dying game.

I know it's hard, (it's hard enough for free players let alone investors) but Trust me, you will only make it worse if you keep investing crazy like you did from the earlier days (when the game was running healthier) and eventually when you get that ugly news that 'this game is coming to a close', you will beat yourself up inside. Well at least generally that's how players feel.
It's just advice, do what you guys want of course, but then don't live to regret it later.

It's not like I was still going for every crate they release, but some of them are still nice. And if something fits my bags, I'll get it.
Do you know if other versions have bigger storage capacity? There is this Youtuber from VN, he showed his storage and was pretty big, he always gets all the VIPs 7x, he also is full of ZP weapons. Now, I am not sure if CFVN has bigger storage capacity, if he is dealing with the same issue as you, or if his storage is smaller than yours. -

I think you don't realise what I am trying to tell you. Sure I'll be annoyed once this game closes, but after all, I had fun. And I am still having fun, with all the items I paid for. Money is not the point. The point is that they somehow cannot provide me what I paid for. For example, it's questionable what I need two M4A1-VIP's for, but that's my decision. And after all, I paid for both of them, so I somehow want to be able to own both of them. And that's exactly what they fail at. -

The only version which MIGHT have a larger storage capacity could be CF China. This is because their game core is coded in a different way to the other versions. -

I remember. Yes, as I already mentioned in your thread, adding a "Sell" or "Destroy" button to every single item is a lot of work. But time has passed and I still have not heard anything about the storage issue, and I'm more and more growing tired of it. The reason why I said deleting them via support ticket is faster than the whole "Destroy Button" story is simple, until now I've actually expected them to come with a solution. I can confirm that I have the pleasure to enjoy a certain luxury. My tickets, at least most of them, and the important ones, get answered within minutes. Also, I mentioned this in my first post, I get a lot of help from certain staff members, even during holiday or when they're not at work. I really appreciate this, but that doesn't make me simply ignore the fact that I have to keep asking them to remove items I paid for.

The limitation on the storage is likely somewhere in a limit within the game or even engine coding. However, I'm sure there's ways around it, it just depends on how much the developers care to take a look at it and one would think that if all versions do in fact have this limit that the problem is significant enough across versions to implement a fix/update to increase storage count and to put a sell button on ALL items that end up in storage even if those items only get sold for 0 it'd still be nice to be able to control our inventories better.
Another thing that I think would be nice would be an weapon/storage item count. Or even a statistics page if possible....something that'd tell you that you have X amount of items out of Y amount of space. And then could break the X amount down between VIP count, ZP crates weapons count, GP Crate weapons count, Item Shop bought count, and Timed/Temporary count. (this feature would be more for telling us how close we are to the limit easily and would be a cool feature to have to determine what % of our Weapons/Items are from crates and what not)
But yea I'd be VERY annoyed at having to get rid of VIPs or other ZP Crate weapons even if they were duplicates and get nothing back from it. -

Nobody here has the right to judge what you do with YOUR money.
This is indeed a shame nothing is done for that kind of issue, especially when it's rare but known. I've got a huge storage too, and your problem means I could also get it if I don't stop winning guns.
I hope Z8Games will compensate... That's the least they can do

Well a compensation in the form of a refund, like ZP or money, is against their ToS, so forget it

See it that way : you pay a company for goods they take away from you, because they can't help you. Even if the "goods" are theirs, customers have rights. -

Well true, but that's not the first time you post a Screenshot of you weapons being removed, so they could remove of the weapons you really don't need and give you a rare, unique because of all the other ones they removed. -
I, too, am in complete agreement that Z8 should really push said issue to the Developers.
While it does indeed only concern a handful of those players, it is those players who probably spend the most on the Game.
And stuff like needing to get VIPs removed which cost nearly hundreds of dollars each because the Game cannot handle it is something I'd view as rather... well, inexcusable.
This cap is pretty much stopping top-tier spenders from possibly spending any more money on the Game, and I'd personally do my damnedest to make sure that my top tier spenders are able to have as good of a time in my game as possible. -
Well true, but that's not the first time you post a Screenshot of you weapons being removed, so they could remove of the weapons you really don't need and give you a rare, unique because of all the other ones they removed.
Well, here's a little story...
I owned 2 permanent AK47-Golden-Knife from slaughter tickets, and a third, temporary one from golden boxes. I was about to send another ticket, went through my storage a bit too fast and thought I'd own 3 permanent AK47-Golden-Knife. So I told them, remove two. They did, and when the last one expired, I noticed the mistake I made. Sent them a ticket asking if they could restore it. The simple answer I received - It would be against their ToS to re-add a weapon to a storage, and after all, I told them to remove it. -
