For the October Horror, all portions should be working except the mutation mode part, which we will be also checking out today and should be updated soon. Rest assured that if you have done the events, you will get the rewards. The trackers don't determine rewards, thankfully
There is no fix for the tracker any time soon!, If you have done the task and the tracker reset, then according to GM you will get your rewards after the event ends 30th -
ihave completed the missions 2 weeks ago but now it says that some missions are incomplete. and now i play to finish the misions but they dont go on....fail omg z8 fk youSame here. Completed the tasks twice. But now again smth missing and it|s impossible to play 30 more minutes on 3 more days now...
If you know that you have completed the tasks, you shouldn't be worried. The tracker is just a visual display for users and sometimes they can get the tracker wrong. But everything should be in the database and is 100% accurate. If you completed the tasks, it should be recorded in the database therefore, you will get your rewards after the event is finished. Just have some patience! -

wtf,half month ago ,i have complected he mission.but today i checked my progress,it shows that i have many mission left,who can tell me why? and i played everyday,each day more than 1 hour,why i played 12 days only ?is this reasonable?it will makes me lost the gift .what a fck system? -

There is a issue with the tracker so I wouldn't use that if I was you. Just make sure you have completed all the tasks and record it using paper and pen. If you met all the requirements, you should receive the rewards after the event is over. However, you should expect a delay up to 3 working days for all the prizes to be delivered. -

Yes its 100% bugged tracker, don't worry if you actually completed each task, they are recorded on different CF database and the tracker is only to help you track what you done but it's bugged. The reward distribution system does not look at the tracker for proof if you done it or not, its based on another database, so wait till end of the event when all rewards will be given out! -

You completed all the task?, then don't worry about the tracker, the event ends tonight! and distribution of the rewards will probably start tomorrow and ignore the tacker it's bugged beyond repair for the time being. Tracker does not determine whether you get the rewards or not, the actual task you completed is kept on another CF database which is not bugged! so wait will event ends!
