Don't worry too much. The tracker is going to be fixed soon and you will get your rewards if you complete all of the tasks at the end of the event.

Do not worry, your progression hasn't been lost or stolen. The tracker is currently displaying incorrect information. If you know that you have completed all the tasks and can be confirmed through the database, you should be fine and will get your reward after the event has finished.so what now ?!! all my progress was completed but after 25-10-2016 Maintenance all gone what is that, what are you going to do for us now ?!!!! -
why i havnt all missions
Don't worry about it if you have already completed them! you will get rewards after event!, the tracker is bugged for many people and have reset it self for someI HAVE DONE ALL AND NEXT DAY I DONT HAVE ALL MISSIONS!!! why
Same happened to me and many others, some have only 1 or 2 missions reset or reduced and some all reset. This is common bug in the tracker, GM will sort this issue out and all data is saved on their data base!Previous month i didnt get the rewards because th program deleted my progress somedays before the end
This is why it's very important to make screenshots of your progress when ever you can, as well as after any completed events. Just in case the tracker gets bugged or you don't get your rewards!
GM have confirmed this issue and are working on it, in fact tracker is still bugged for other events! but all data is not lost![GM]Kanadian wrote: »This is being looked into. I completed this like two weeks ago and now its saying i need to complete escape mode and mutation mode please help cause i don't want to do these two again
If you are 100% sure you completed Escape mode and mutation and it showed 2 weeks ago on the track complete then ignore the tracker its just a bug!, but on the safe side send a ticket to the GM will confirm if you done it or not!. Remember you are not the only one who has this bug issue, I know some people who have received the rewards and the tracker says only done 9hr out of 30hrs so its just a bug! -

You said GM saved all the data? LMAO, I completed September Chaos event and didn't get shet. This game is utterly broken which is the reason why you see less than 4 channels of NA players active -

For the October Horror, all portions should be working except the mutation mode part, which we will be also checking out today and should be updated soon. Rest assured that if you have done the events, you will get the rewards. The trackers don't determine rewards, thankfully
It's Bug in the tracker!, but does not affect your rewards! -
i finished also all but i check it today and 0 mutant mode and 22 hrs played, OMG hope this is page errori had done 15 xeno mode before. and you had recorded it before. and now i open my progress and it 0 fix it and give me my prizes.thx -

GM statement is also incorrect, not only Mutation that isn't working, "Play At Least 30hr" and "Play 30 minutes 15 different days" isn't working also, has reset itself and as far as I am concerned these two are not working for me "Play At Least 30hr" and "Play 30 minutes 15 different days" So if you have finished all then simply wait till event Ends 30th then on the 31st etc if no rewards can send a ticket! -
I had 10/10 wins for suppression mode and now i have 6/10 for no reason, but i cant finnish the suppression modes because literally no one is playing this game mode. I tried to find a suppression mode game for 30 mins where atleast 7 ppl where in and with me 8 for it to count. I have done this several days and I never found a room WTF???

My brother has recieved his items, I didn't. Both of our trackers got partially reseted. Before the reset I had more hours played and more 30 minutes per day played. I easily have 30 hours played and I also have played more than 30 minutes on 15 days played. Can a GM pls help me to figure it out.

As long as you know that you have played and completed each of the requirements then you should be good to go. You can also confirm if you have completed by sending a Support Ticket.
