Just keep checking your storage. I got mine yesterday. Also make sure you have completed everything. Remember that the tracker was bugged at some points. For example, HMX counted towards the tracker but it DOES NOT count towards the event. So that might be your issue. Try playing the Mutation Mode again and see if that works. -
If you have completed all the tasks then you should receive them in your storage. If you haven't received anything, send a support ticket with proof that you completed all the tasks. I have a problem with the suppression games, I had all of them complete in the tracker but starting from yesterday is empty again, I played 52 games yesterday and now it shows me that I have only 1 game complete, need 9 more.

Normally they give out rewards after the event is finished but as you can see, some people have already got their rewards. This is probably because they might have already started handing out the rewards manually. Just be patience, you will get it in time! maybe that is the case, @ least you got the bolloxs to say what you did

Yes, when the event ends you will receive it. Also if the event ends on a weekend, you might have to wait until next business day to receive it (Monday).
