Did you add CrossFire to your exception list on your anti-virus and firewall?

Nope, I have Avast, I try to turn off antivirus but still don't work.Is not on exception list on firewall.

What about the programs which are running in your background while you open CrossFire? Try to close as many programs as you can. Also a screenshot of your process will help! -

I suggest to close down the following programs:
1) Groove Music.
2) NVIDIA Capture Server
3) Any NVIDIA programs which you don't need at the moment.
Add CrossFire to both Avast anti-virus and Firewall. Run CrossFire as Admin. -

I close all programs, still don't work.
I added CrossFire to Outbound firewall and it give me XTRAP error "The access to XTRAP patch server is unstable or X-TRAP update wasn't able to run properly.Please,restart the game"
You should add CrossFire to both your Inbound and outbound in your Firewall exception list.

Still same..I play 4 minutes, and after that the game closed...
1. Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire.
2. Open Up My Computer.
3. Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/).
4. Delete the CF directory (/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you backup any screenshots or replays you may have before doing this).
5. Disable your anti virus.
6. Download the newest client from our downloads site.
7. Install the game from the new download.
8. Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions.
9. Re-enable realtime protection.

The only other solution that I can give you is to re-install a fresh copy of the game. Follow the following steps:
1. Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire.
2. Open Up My Computer.

4. Delete the CF directory (/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you backup any screenshots or replays you may have before doing this).
5. Disable your anti virus.
6. Download the newest client from our downloads site.
7. Install the game from the new download.
8. Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions.
9. Re-enable realtime protection.

I still believe that it's something to do with one of your background process. I'm sorry but I can no longer help you, your best bet is to either send in a Support ticket or wait for someone else to reply with a possible solution.

Still talking with person at support, the say same things, firewall, anti virus bla bla...
I'm glad if you can look in my pc while game is runing via TeamViewer or something else..
