    i did all that and theyrefuse my request i told them many evidences first IGN , last charge bill +way ,SQ and how man clans i have joined but they all time say the same replay ... info incorrect -_-
    i explain i'v forgot my Email and they are not useful -_-

    Same here, the support is just useless, cause i guess that 99% of the tickets are denied by a bot. But it's useless to say it anyway since no1 is caring about some users, needing help with their account.

    Just so you know, there's no bot. There's actually someone there cross referencing the information that you provided to the info that you put in from day 1 when you registered and first logged on.

    Try more things? i din't remember my email too. playing since 010, 2 months ago i found enough information to change email.


    And also talk ''smart'' in support ticket, so they cannot copy/paste answer.
  • u know i remember 95 percent of everything on my profile. but they still don't help. i made tickets 5 times or more asked for help on forum 3-4 times, explained that Email which i was using on this Profile does not exists now and still nothing. i remember 1st IG name, PW, old PW, Email, When my Profile was created, Date of Birth, and etc. but still nothing. i can even tell from how many different IPs were played from this profile because i remember.
    i think its enough, don't u think soo?

    Well, on forums they never would help you since supporting this is very private.

    You meight ever bought zp with Mopay? if yes give them the number, screenshot things from your creditcard, whatever you used to buy zp.

    Maybe you remember wich month/year you did sent a ''lost login PW'' I don't know. Don't ask directly that you lost your email. Just make a thread and give them all the information. they should reply you back for asking what you need/want then explain the email situation.

    I send 2 times ticket a and both closed....just to get the same answer....i send them transaction from 2010 but still isn't a good proof....i want to change my faulty email and the security answer cause i don't remember it....

    There's no "bot" that answers your question, somebody is actually behind a computer looking at all information you provided cross refrencing with your account. If they close your ticket it usually means you provided wrong information or you need to provide more information so they know that this is your account.

    By saying bot i mean that they copy paste the same answer...
    If i remember all of my details then why to want help from support ? -_-

    the same answer to me :/ i'm gonna made how he want my email reg and idon't remember it .. my info about above 90% correct and i send more info about my account like how many clans and before V.2 i send how many Ribbon i have and how many charges and ways +++ .. so guess what i got >>> the same replay -_-

  • What is that for an Bad Joke?!?!?!, i wrote an Support Ticket because i dont get from Z8games the verify Email to my email address, so i wrote an Support Ticket that i can get the Verify Link direct about the Support or that they can send manuall the Email to me, so that i can Verify my Account, but they just closed the Thread and dont even readed it.......
  • No the USP gun is not directly connected to the Facebook ribbon, and Facebook made it impossible for us to continue the offer regarding the ribbon.

    My other account got hacked and i regained access too it, but since i changed the email i can't change it within "90 days of the period" since i got it back, for this reason i can't update my account information, i have all the account details but i would like to know if there is anyway around it so i could update it and get a 2nd usp handgun.

    I'm glad i was able to update my account information to keep it even more secure, and a chance to have a usp handgun once again thank you! :D
  • Well at least i know now that the crossfire "support" is pretty useless. On the other hand its a free2play game, only trying to get more and more money,so i didnt expeted anything helpful tbh haha ^^
  • You should do another "Event" like this to give players one last time to change their forum names and get a free 30 Day Green Smoke or something.
    You don't know how badly i want to change my forum name. xL

    I'm glad this "event" was held though, made my account more secure. ^-^
