I have recently updated my CF Email late last year 2015, so there's no need to change it again but I would love to change my Security Questions, problem is I don't know the ones I did when I created the account in 2009 as I wasn't taking it too seriously. Any solutions?

This is how you change them. You don't need to know your old secure question/answer and the date of birth. This is your chance to make a new one you will remember.

come on !!!!!!! please some help i'm already forgot my Email ID & PW .. i had sent many tickets to support center with some information but of course the origanally Email is required and i'm forgot ID and PW for Email .... so some help please i know some old information about my account !! and Support Center not help at all just asking for old email !!

The month & year is on your cf profile page and if you still remember the email used for creating your account you can know the full date from the confirmation message.

Nope, you just update the SQ's. If you have access to the accounts registered email, all you have to do is click the link Z8 sends you to update the SQ's. It's easier than you think. If you looked first, you would know.. Lol.

You can change emails without a support ticket. Unless you don't have access to the current registered email, then the bits of information you don't know, take the closest guess to what it might be, then await their reply. After a few replies and giving them more information about your account to prove its yours, email will be changed for you.

If you know what the E-mail currently linked to your account is (example@hotmail,com) but you cannot access that e-mail, then when you go to support and submit a ticket in account administration department, you type that email in the correct field. so easy, i clicked the red lighted link from [GM]Castiel, wrote my email in it and got the email few secounds later, opened it, wrote my birth date in it and clicked save. But i wait since 48 hours and dot got the USP handgun, that sucks.

Wait another 24 hours. If you haven't got your USP in 24 hours, send support a ticket.

Yeah well i tried it, but they only said that i listed to many wrong informations. My emailaccount got blocked cause i didn't logged in for 2-3 months and now i only have my PW to protect my account, too bad for me X.x
