Here we will post frequently asked questions regarding the time limited account verification and answer them.

Question: I updated my account information but I didn't get my reward yet. Why?

Answer: The rewards will appear automatically in your in game inventory after 48 to 72 hours.


Question: I already have an USP from the Facebook offer. Can I get another one from this campaign? I bought a USP during Boxing Day. Will I be able to get even the third USP?

Answer: If you already have the USP or even two, you will get an additional one if you completed the account verification through this event.


Question: Can I change my account nick name aka. forum name too?

Answer: Unfortunately, currently there is no option available to change your forum nick name that is also displayed as account greeting.

No the USP gun is not directly connected to the Facebook ribbon, and Facebook made it impossible for us to continue the offer regarding the ribbon.

Forum name cannot be changed currently and we don't have any news if it will be available again at some point.

BTW To all support team people.

When we deposit ZP with Karma Koin prepaid cards, there is NO transaction id displayed on the screen. So how are we suppose to know the transaction id ??? I've deposited countless prepaid cards.....
