Couldn't be over when it hasn't started.
I'm planning for series opener this weekend (both Saturday and Sunday). Expect brackets tomorrow evening (in CDT), but of course you can continue to sign-up until then. More details should be out by tomorrow as well. -

Do mods have the power to get people banned quicker than if only a regular player reports them? -

Yes we do, but only when the GMs are in the office though. Support queues take awhile, and for the purpose of a tournament, I can easily pass along cheater reports so they can be dealt with. -

depends on your opponent actually, because I have no clue if everyone would show. what I think will most likely happen is since it's a 1v1 and really shouldn't take too long, we can move through the matches fairly quickly (obviously assuming everyone would be able to show up)
the goal for tomorrow is to complete up to round 3 for NA, round 2 for UK
again the reason why it's a 5-hour span is because I don't know if everyone could show up at 11 am est tomorrow.
a helper of mine has actually just finished messaging every participant in-game, so hopefully that reminds everyone of what's going on tomorrow
