I don't know how easy you think it is for them to deliver crates to everyone who played for 30 minutes minimum each day. They need to let people's playtime register on the site and then make sure they're all accounted for. It's not that simple to hand out all the items in an event such as this. It's not like you won't ever get the crates, it just takes a little patience. And patience is a good virtue.

People will never learn, but Z8 will pay out like they say they will, we know it is bound to happen , some people cant wait, some know how the system works, you cant just hand out a million crates(maybe exaggerating, but you get he point)
