almost 3 days im waiting for a answer from support peopple my account have been stolen by a friend and i want the account back if someone can pay attetion in my support menssage to try to recuper my account , i already writed all information needed.

    You're not the only one needing help, so show a bit of patience. Making a thread here won't speed up the handling of your ticket. Also, mind telling me what info you have given in that support ticket? (just like "ID, pass, ..." , I don't need to know your actual ID and stuff) If you did not give enough info, they might as well ignore it afaik.

    Secondly, keep all your login info for yourself at all times. You can hardly call an account stolen if you gave someone full access to it.

    Support ticket takes AT LEAST 24 hours! So please be patient. And there are THOUSANDS of people needs help.

    dude im impatiente because is haping to me not with you, i lost a account 300 dolars i spend it, yes i give him full acess but were my friend how could i know??!!

    Understandable, but it doesn't take away the fact that your ticket won't be handled any faster because you feel it is more urgent than that of others.... So being patient is your only option. Apart from changing as much account info as you can...
    And it's not happening to me because noone knows any of my login details.

    Let's just say there's a reason the site says on several locations to keep your login details secret at all times...     I believe the info they need is two things.
    1) account id
    2) the original registered email
    3) maybe security question (not sure, wouldn't send in unless it was requested)
    4) they may ask you a little about your account like previous clans you were in and so on (simple stuff).

    to be honest i have no clue, i have not ever been scammed/or trusted anyone enough with my account info. never will either :X.

    Proof of payments made on the account may also help.

    i put all i knew ID, last pw, date created, security answer, security question, etc , i will be more patiente because im not more then others.

    but if they cant help i dont know who can.

    payments i cant prove because , all my payments was with paysafecard.

    and i have desire to cry seriously because u spend time farming :) , playing, money, and u robed in the final.

    so im waiting.
