I spent a lot of time in these 3 days, more than 2 hours at most in matches, and not a single crate has came my way.

Ok so seems like most people don't have their crates. At least I'm not the only one.

I played for almost 4 hours on the 12. Almost 5 hours on the 13th and over 2 hours today and I haven't gotten any crates yet. Ill be patient but will be sending a ticket in in a day or so if I still have no crates. I'm assuming something is amiss because my log shows that I played more than enough on each day required.

I am permanently disabled and use video games to cope with PTSD. I watched a man have his head and arm torn off, a girls leg torn off and watched my farther bleed out from a car accident in 1979. I was 9 years old and went into a state of shock for over a year. Video games is what brought me back to reality. So yeah, I do play games a lot. However I take offence at your saying i waste me time doing the only thing that helps me.
