Teams never stick together in this game. Every team with potential disbands to join teams with more potential, and it never works out. Not many people in this game are dedicated to sticking to one team and improving and building chemistry together. Another reason is because the five players generally have to enjoy playing together, and I don't notice that very much among other teams because arguments over one bad scrim or match tend to flare up tensions. Good luck to all the new and old teams out there.

Hah.. Ive tried against my own will to stay attached to a team and build the chemistry/relationships/synergy. Its not all black and white as it seems, if the players dont frag out consistently from the get go there will be setbacks. They could vary from cutting/replacing players to just teams disbanding. Ive played several months in players slayer with the same team and built solid relationships with the lads ive played with, with that being said the only frustration i've had was other people not performing or making idiotic/rookie mistakes. A team could get along great and do great in scrims but when it comes to on client, match time, and these players are not performing up to par on several occasions, its time to cut ties.

hey..by the sounds of it, they should have made it to China and won in their prime.

Now is this what they do against average or less than average teams?

You've got 4 people that can frag 15 each every scrim (guessing you meant half). There should be no clutches for xespionage at this point also.

these are the clutch what I mean. I just found in their fb page.

All I was saying is that the way you were describing the team doesn't make sense.

Cool, I am still a decent player even though I was in Obliteration. Why don't you go make a team with 4 pubstars and place well?

Sad that you guys arent around anymore, what happened to you guys anyways??
  • This summer, bio will be making plays.

So will other teams ofc but I promise you Ace won't be taking cf stars this time.

They haven't been number one for long, before carbon and socks quit they were a third place team

carbon got banned, there goes 5/10 best players in game
other ones quit, leaving ace to take the cake with their 5 ping

it's okay, they won't get first at indy lan

  • I think teams like Enlighten, Caliber1, Exertus, FlySociety, Tech.Play, Prime, all had shots at going to the top, but all of these struggled besides FS with holding a s5 for a good length of time. Exertus had strong potential, we became a strong team very quickly, but were swapping 5ths out weekly which eventually caused the 4 to lose motivation and bail on the team. I think if a team could just commit for a solid 6 month period they would easily be able to keep up with ace. Look at the time ACE has been together, like 1-2 years as a joint team and before that they had many years of experience in their respective teams to build chemistry, whereas most teams today can't even hold 3 or 4 together for a month or more.

Who was exertus' s5, or s4 for that matter?
I feel like enlightened was the team that held the greatest potential, along with fly. Unfortunate that one of them was caught cheating and possibly defeated their moral and inevitable disban..

Our longest held roster and best placing one was: x0tek, Me, Fastlikewind, Jso, Audeamus
Aside from jory (Jso) we had a little over a month held with the others and in that time we got really good to the point where we easily could have been a top team had things not fallen apart with that 5. Audeamus decided he couldn't play CF without getting angry so he quit, a week later Joe (fast) decided he wanted summer break off from playing CF a lot, and then after that the 3 of us (Jso Reid and I) decided it was best to go our separate ways so I could work on ESL things more without a team taking up time, and Jory was not really motivated to play CF without a set roster like we had.

#1 problem why there arent good teams = kids blame each other/quit too fast on the team

Except when Undaunted to turn table started, Undaunted was not even close to beating anyone good, whereas Bio at least has a chance lol. 2012 Undaunted was pretty bad =P

If some of us had good fps and not so much lag we'd be doimg better but its w.e we'll keep improving just like the other teams!
  • it should take less than a month for a team to start taking maps off of ace, if it takes longer you never had potential

Now if only a team can hold 5 for a month.

    Pretty much.

At this stage of the game, people should be able to practice a map for a few days and compete with ace.

Lots of teams just lack the ability to go into a map for practice and be productive.

It's only been a few days that I've been playin with the likes of mack, but I already like our ability to frag when its needed, as well as clutch. With some much needed tweaking on several maps, I feel we will be a much stronger team that can compete at aces level. They're only Canadian nerds after all. We got RIPT by A5 because a player that has played this game for 3 years knew nothing about GR mid holds on port... Silly things like that shouldn't break up a team, just correct the mistakes and learn from it.

When all 5 players click, with rotations and calls, its like an NFL football game. Any given sunday can be yours.

  • Too many idiots, that play like idiots and group with idiots so theres no progress.
    Games bad, makes everyone bad.
    Lots of downssyndrome.
    No 144hz monitors.
    brick pcs
kids like zezo who evade bans and play under names like zeus and nightowl and use a fake british accent while using wtfast to reroute to the server to change his ping after getting caught on client. Then lose multiple matches because of his mom then still sucks on client.
    Too many offclient warriors.
No progress because scrims are all the same.
    blitzed has no hairline.
