U don't have to worried for that dude, z8games's sever is not stable all the time. It's happened in commons. My account was blocked permanently by them. They said i owe them money, but i didn't. I check my bank, it did processed and bank did take it away. Then the z8games still said i owe them the bills. I'm really been frastrated for them. They are just not a really big company which has awesome services, high effieciencies and believable qualities. Even chinese agency tencent is better than them. Whatever u frastrating at them and mad at them, even yell at them, they won't care. They will just do it one by one to let u even wait for one month for just a charge back ticket. It just doesn't work for them. U just have to keep feeling bad to wait them with their "effieciency" to solve ur problem. That's how they were. There is no way out for this fuzzy situations for u unless they took some high qualities actions to compensate for it. I wish u can solve for ur problem and i can get my account back. Happened to me twice last night
This happened to me twice last night and I accidentally posted in the wrong thread about it, here's the details:
Type: Hack tool has been detected.
IGN: Brohamz
Server: North America 1
Maps: Egypt and Resort HMX
Location: Massachusetts
Connection: Cable
Ping: 1ms
Download speed: 43.1 mbps
upload speed: 39.7 mbps
It happened first in an Egypt TD a couple minutes into the match and about two minutes later I logged back in, joined a Resort HMX with no problem and then a couple minutes into that match it happened again.

I'm tired of this game and the developers..... I get ban for using Haks and I'm really tired because I am a legal player and I hope that I meet your game because nobody cares about customers, and that is disrespectful

I should add that I have a pragram called Sandboxie that I have to disable from my task manager to run crossfire, but I use it for other purposes only. I also recently got Steam again and I think these were the latest changes.
EDIT: My sister had cheat engine installed so I uninstalled that. -

So I have been trying to play for the last 15 minutes but each time i get in i get the "hack tool detected" bull **** and get banned for another 2-3 minutes and im seriously getting sick of this crap. As other people have stated, why do the legit players have to deal with this crap but there are more hackers every day? quit relying so much on the players AND DO WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DO WHICH IS STOP THE HACKERS! You either need to hire new programmers to fix this crap or you need a new team to go in games and auto kick/ban any hackers noticed...maybe then you will have more players coming back. I guarantee this is the #1 reason people are leaving this game because you can't fix your mistakes. I play with ATT direct connection in NA alpha and it happens at different game modes. these last 3 were wave mode, super soldier, shadow mode, and once while i was in the channel lobby going through my inventory. -
I agree with the one statement saying there should be ingame Mods/Admins who if they see a legit hacker they ip ban him. Seeing how you haven't already added this since I last played 3 years ago I doubt it will happen. STILL A GOOD IDEA REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF HACKS THOUGH.

Hack tool detected
i have the same problem as the other players hack tool detected every timei try to log in to the game i get it on all servers i try to enter
I payed 90k ZP for a weapon two weekes ago and i cant use it couse all time hack tool detected, and wen by a miracle i dont get the hack tool detected eroor and i enter a roomit automaticaly disconects me from the game or after i reload that STINKING VIP WEAPON THAT COSTED 90K ZP THA GAME FREEZES AND I CANT RELOAD OR KILL ANITHING, fix your GOD DAM MISTAKES OR PAY SOMEONE HWO CAN .

if u dont fix it i wont all my money back, all the money i spent in this buged game from the moment i started playing.
