We have seen a large amount of people receive errors in game since the Wave Mode update.
In order for us to determine what is going on we need to get a bit of information from you.

The type of internet connection you are on (wireless network, direct connection etc)
Your geographical location (North America, Europe etc)
Please note that to prevent server flooding some kick notices won't allow you to immediately reconnect. However we need to determine the root cause of some of the issues going on in order to properly troubleshoot them and fix the issues.Your In Game Name

Hi,
If you mean the annoying hack tool detected and the 5..6 minutes automatic ban, yeah its starting to blow away my mind and perhaps making me thinking way too much why this happen, and why the real hacks can play the game.
Corporate responsability is not present here sorry,actually i think this company is top 1, never seem something like this before and it seems from this side (be my guest to correct me if i am wrong), that the hackers have more rights. why i say this?
Allow me to explain:
I was playing early this morning and was cleary a hack in that room (the multikill type), and i got the hacktool error and he does not.
Is this normal? why in every patch more and more hacks come, and the legit players always get messed up with something? you got my drift?
For a player that pays premium (aka moi), and others like me, this company should respect us more, but i know they think between their market analysts that the "egys" and the "turks" (sorry is more then enough evidence to support who hacks more) will continue to suport the game, but sorry to rain on your parade, the egys only like to hack between legits, they hate to hack among hackers, so when no more legits players are around, lets see how good they are trying to save the game.
Jus to let you think, since you are the company PR.
Ps: to answer your question, i get kicked on all mode randomly with the hacking tool detected notice only, cf patch applied and computer drivers all latest. before this patch, the game was running without any sort of problems, uk server 4.

My history about this kickout error is that: I log in, play 1-2 games and all is fine, than at the lobby after the game or i join in the next new game appears this Hack Tool Message, than the screen freezes and i get after 5-10 secounds the Message; Disconnected from server, after this im banned for 0 days, 0 hours and 5 minutes from the Login Server...
( PS; I have this Error only 1 time per day! )
I play the most time on the Delta Server or Uk 4 Server! -

Somtimes when this kinda stuff happens I worry am I the only one lol thought there might be a backround program like skype for example that might be causing this lol and love the point made it the second post... But even so people need to register the difference between legit and non legit players!!! But cheers to all!! -

As an update to the Hack Tool Detected 0:5:0:0 error. Here is what we know.
0:5:0:0 is generally caused by a disconnect between HGW and the game. When this happens the game thinks something bad is happening and kicks you out.
We are working with the developers on the issue right now and we are attempting some fixes internally.
We thank you for your patience during this.
We also have another question to ask all the users who have been experiencing problems:
What is your Anti-Virus program and do you have it enabled or disabled while running CrossFire?

Firewall/virus scanner software: Unrelated to problem, since turning them off does not change.
Further information: For me the error only occurs only on the first log-in attempt. After the 5 minute ban it doesn't occur again until the next day. -

No other Anti-virus,windows defender and firewall(windows 8.1),before update every thing was working fine,only when i close Crossfire it get stuck and than xtrap error of abnormal behavior.
And please do something about wavemode,even now high ranks have started Hacking and please improve your support i reported a guy a month ago and he is still playing and hacking.... -

General disconnect causing bans
I am sure that I can not be the only one getting these problems, but every time I lose connection from my internet, or that despised hack tool detected, I get a 4-6 minute ban. This is getting extremely irritating. Is there any way that this problem can be solved.
Why does this ban happen and I have been getting the hack tool detected even before the wave mode updates.
Please fix this problem, as I do not see any reason why any problem cannot be fixed with enough care involved. -

Internet connection is good, Problem occurs when using wired connection too.
Had this problem after the last patch in Lobby or otherwise and it stopped a week after until now. This happened within a minute of logging in after this patch.
