The HGCW.exe process was still active and I had to force-end the it via Task Manager. I have attached hgwc_20140330_114317.slg, from the HGCW folder.

Details: Startup felt a lot longer than before. Logged in, tried to connect to Alpha, stayed at Step 4 for a while and I just gave up and force-closed it (I use windowed-mode). Reopened, starts up faster as expected, attempted to log in, and says I've been banned for 6 minutes. Not the typical 5, I was banned for 6.
Ping: Usually 60-80, may spike to 150 or higher if worse.
Connection: Wired to router, about 6MB Down, .6MB Up. That's all I know.
Location: North America, East Coast, New England

Logged back in after same ban, joined Wave Sandstorm. Game is in lobby, waiting for Ready. Starting, screen goes from Windowed to Full for the game and instantly the Hack Tool message pops up.

Logged in again, join Sandstorm again, game is already in session. Disconnected within 3 minutes or so.

It would appear as their isn't a problem with CF so much as hgw disconnecting?
I am wondering if they changed the ports they use or if their having a connection problem internally? Does HGW have recommended ports to open? Or did an update cause stability problems with hgw?

I was playing Wave Mode don't remember map they are all new to me for that game mode.
Im from Ohio, in North America, I have a ping usually 40-79 depending on day an how many people are using my internet connection at home lol I have wireless wifi set up an currently use that as my internet connection thus i get sporadic signal strength sometimes.

I got disconnected when I was in a dogfight bullet dodging other players shooting at me while shooting them back. Which is almost always what happens when I get disconnected from this game or hack tool detected pops up on me... Which is exactly what happened this time I went ingame secured a box went ran into enemy near second box as I was fighting to capture it against multiple enemies I got Hack tool detected an kicked/banned for 6 minutes.

Details: I got an error that stated "Failed to connect to host server" and was kicked to the lobby. I then waiting and got on the forums to post about it and when I looked back, it showed the banned for 5 minutes screen while still in lobby.

Wave mode came out on the 12th of March, now it's the 4th of April. Almost a whole month has passed but they haven't fixed this problem yet. It's quite annoying, after a long and hard day I start the game to relax, find a suitable room, join it, and then guess what - I get a hack tool error that always comes with a great 6 minute ban. No wonder why the game is dying, all the servers are fulfilled with hackers, and even the game doesn't allow us to play due to all the errors.

REALLY????? why is this still happening i get on everyday on any mode and server any channel... yet all the hackers get to still play?? i see how its going now.... your going to start banning legit players and keep hackers thats a good way to run a buisness just saying... its been happening since the wave update and still no fix....oh and my ign is [TDK]
