I've submitted a support ticket on ESG website asking the same question and Erick responded to me saying, "From what i know the money was sent. Its out of our hands now, you'll have to bring it up with z8"

I need a confirmation from Saidin if this is true. Thanks!

The Prize was sent out this week. They should be in the hands of the players next week! We've already confirmed this fact with ESG.
