Please just get more dudes in the company...you need more people to work more efficent. That you have to look into a replay with your own eyes is very hard...but we don't have this many lpayers anymore. UK is mostly turkish these days if you're not farming with your own clan. And aniother idea: Please ban A.S./ aleymum selaykum in the chat. People spam this in every round. Geez even jesus is censored.

Another solution to get less hackers is :
Don't let Egyptains and Turks make new accounts.
Just like you did with our countries...
Now it's just insane: every game that I join, there is atleast 1 hacker in the game.
At some moments there are more then 3 in 1 game.... It's getting frustrating.
And yes, all of them are Turks or Egyptain.
I'm not a racist, but I hate it that they(the ones that r using hacks)
are making a bad name for all Turks. Innocent turks are getting called for a hacker, some people are saying bad things about their faith because the on es that r using hacks...
The hackers can run away with it, because for them it's funny..
They are just making fun of people on an alternative account.
They can just make as many accounts as they wish, even tho there is a limit on the accounts on 1 computer. We all know that you can avoid that system.
Just don't let them make new accounts till there is a great anti hack report system.

So why not people from Belgium? Theyre just as likely as anyone else to cheat. Should we block them too?
What about the innocent Turks you mentioned? Should new, legitimate players be blocked aswell? -
I tried the new reportsystem for the first time. First of all: Where do we report scammers?
also: a cffr-file is needed for hakkers, but for scammers only screenshots work? Why upload a cfr when reporting a scammer?
Anyway. I Went to support pages and filled in the report, added a random cfr-file (including hakkers) and added a bmp-image file showing the ongoing chat conversation with the scammer. BUT, a problem occured when pressing "submit". After a few seconds I get a message that "Cant connect to support.z8games.com".
Question: Is the support down?

I think you should report scammers in Complaints section.
If you are reporting hacker make sure you upload cfr file and don't use another upload button to upload screenshots (only cfr file should be in hack report).
If you are reporting scammer you don't need to upload cfr file, just upload screenshots where he is scamming on chat. -

Giggle, our countries(Belgium,The Netherlands,...) are already blocked to make new accounts.
Aren't we innocent people? That's the answer on your questions.

Just because their IGN seems foreign in nature, or that they speak a different language, does not constitute that they're in fact from those areas.
I recently saw some kids with Mohammed in their name. They were all speaking in perfect English. I asked what's up, and they replied they were kids from California trolling around, typing in whatever it was passable arabic (the mix of letters and numbers w/o the language pack).
So yea sure it may be the case there are foreign players, even more so that they might be hacking... but it's never justifiable cause to start IP banning a whole country or collection of countries just because they found hackers there. If that were the case then pretty much every country would be blacklisted and nobody would be able to play... all because of a few hackers from their own respective country.
The IP ban in this game is through a loss of license in that respective area. If you're so keen on banning off the Middle East, then start scrounging up some $$ and go and purchase that license off of G4Box and Smilegate.
This CF version is for all regions that currently do not have a specified license and/or version to play on.
CF BR is a stand-alone version for South America, yes, but G4Box holds the license to South America and as such has not decided to IP ban between the two versions.
The amount of xenophobia for Arabs/Turkish folk/Brazilians, and anything/everyone else is just getting ridiculous. -

It's just the truth. I don't need to proof anything, to be honest.
Almost every hacker that I saw today speaks turkisch.
It's just a fact and isn't it obv that I can't proof it? >_<
Just play a game in Uk server 1 or in alpha and you'll see about what I am talking about.

A new Flag system, beside ur name in the game.（just like VIP logo)
which means:
A green flag for ppl who own Honorable ribbon.
A yellow flag for ppl swearing or pay issue.
A red flag for ppl who were using ha.ck tool etc.
So we kno who was a ha.ck, and kik them right away.
And also we should able creat a room only allow green flag and yellow flag in.
just like add one more check box as ha.ck free mode (like shootgun mode , but now its ha.ck free mode)

Plus after 1 yr, if that account did nothing wrong, they will gain their honorable ribbon back.
give everybody a chance to play legit.
by this way. ha.ck wont play in game anymore.

low rank accounts have HS ribbon,we dont kick them when they are hacking?

How soon? I need to report a bunch of hackers now but whenever I tried to submit the ticket, it always display the connection was interrupted because request timeout!!! I'm sure my Internet is fast enough to upload the ticket.

Dudes,
I know that everybody knows it but, again, how to report efficiently:
Save the replay, in game or at the end.
Save screenshot of line up or final scores.
Look at the replay froms offenders point of view to verify the evidence.
Once on support:
Write down your email (it is not so hard or boring.....)
Check the screenshot to write down CORRECTLY AND COMPLETILY the IGN of the offender.
Write it up.
Rounds equals 1. This could applies on SnD or EM, rounds games, but not on TDM or FFA.
Time, write down the date month, day, year.
On comments "Attached replay file and screenshot link."
If there is more tha one offender, list their IGN's.
Upload the screenshot to imgur.com or other, copying the URL link.
Paste the URL link into the comments.
SEND THE TICKET!!!!!.....

[We ban hundreds and thousands of users every day through X-Trap and HGW] What good does this do when you have a Hardware Ban in place, but use it the wrong way? They just make a new account and keep playing. Same old Same. Nothing new here. Hardware bad their computers, stop playing with them. this just disappoints someone that knows the real works here..... End Of Story.

If i was admin, I would make a rule, Supports like 'plz get my plz'= ban ^^ simple
support is like emergency 911, If you just 4 fun call them you can get problems.
Cf need make that with support too ^^, I had 1 super super 'private' support ticket
i got the answer in 4 days becouse people like thiis spamm the support -,- -

you obviously can't make the difference between an emergency call and a support ticket, please go outside.
So please fix it....soon.....soon....SOON.
