So basically its just the same people playing under a different clan name? Should just let them play imo.
Since it is clan based I'm still following my own rules of being in the clan for 7 days. Since all of their captains just moved in the last few days they don't have a captain eligible and roster changes are only allowed up to Wednesday at Midnight EST the week of the match. -

It's basically a clan merge.
The people that have been in Dystopia for at least 7 days should be allowed to play.
We just relocated to our new clan.. If it wasn't for some unfortunate events we would still be in Dystopia.
Final decision goes to Aero. His decision.. We don't mind the lose, but would rather avoid it. -

Someone hacking the leaders account and taking over the clan isn't an excuse to move clans?..

I don't even know that person, but he's reading the rules.I'm allowing Veracity to replace Dystopia in the tournament as Veracity is a well known clan server clan and we're also getting short on teams to play. Mindwreck will be dropping out and anybody who plays them will have a bye.
Since Veracity has all brand new players they won't be playing today, they will start playing next week.

Cody will still have every right that other guests have to our clan being that he himself is a guest at this point in time, unless he is on his account that is still within the clan, in which case he will have every right that a regular member would have. He has proven to have an extensive skill set with his new setup and though not a great player ALL THE TIME, not a soul can complain as all of us have our moments of fame and likewise with moments of failure.
If Cody decides to join back, he is allowed to and even invited to. He knows how we are, how we act, how we play and has every right as a member of the CF community to join a clan if he is eligible for the clan's requirements.
Chris will be put as a captain in replace of Cody and Lina will replace Kevin as he is no longer with us as well.

It wouldn't be hard to beat a team with people smurfing. You dodged the match when it mattered the most. You said that you have beaten Dystopia/Veracity many times before, when did this happen? The only time I recall Dystopia losing was in Golden* Cup, and it was mainly because they had 2-3 people smurfing. So, playing smurfs is much easier than playing a team? I highly doubt that because people usually only get smurfs when they know they're going to lose or if the team can't make it. I didn't dodge when it "mattered the most." We have playoffs and other games, which are much more important.
We played them "competitively" outside the clan war server during the Golden Cup, and for that 3 games were played. 1 game, we won while their smurf Andy, failed due to someone keep disconnecting him, but he played the 2nd half of the game. The second game we played, I couldn't make it. Then we played a final game, when they got Andy to smurf the entire game, and Deezy to smurf 3/4 of the game I believe. I wouldn't call it towards "no chemistry, when they play together in the clan server. Us in WAL on the other hand, have to keep switching in players because people keep leaving and we get bad times in the games.
You now bring up my girlfriend, please show me where I "brag" about her. I don't believe I've ever "bragged" about my girlfriend. You, another random are calling her a fake, and like I said to Andy, that's no skin off my nose. You're an online person and what you say about her means nothing to me. Good try though.
Thanks for saying I have no sportsmanship, it doesn't effect me at all, I was never "demoted" as a sub, when the tournament was made, I got told last minute and I said put me in as a sub for now while I get some stuff done since I was most likely not going to make it during the timings that were put.
Am I missing anything else that you said? -
