i think the outcome will be very unpredictable due to the very different rule set/allowed weapons.

CNein, Pocky and In Theory should be kicked out just like Mindwreck but the admins are tendentious.
EDIT:CNein has 13 clan wars in about a month, Pocky is Nomnom and as for IT.

Playing in echo-8 or clanserver is no different. A scrim in echo 8 is the same as a scrim in the clanserver. I mean SNSD became the second best team in the game by only playing clanserver.

Being a "competitive" player has nothing to do with skill. There's plenty of people who are competitive and average at the game. You are solely banning mindwreck, because they are better than you.

Yes. Top 4 from each pool will go to an 8 team 3 week playoff. It will be seeded.

Round 1: Ankara
Round 2: Sub Base
Round 3: Ceyhan
Round 4: Santoria
Round 5: Factory
Round 6: Mexico
Round 7: Mine
Playoff Round 1: Port
Playoff Round 2: Black Widow
Playoff Round 3: Bo3 ban/pick method
Higher seeded team bans a map (must use maps in map pool), lower seed bans a map, higher seed picks first map, lower seed picks second map, tiebreaker is decided by knife round on previous map.
Picking team and knife round winners get side choice.
